signed up for cool sculpting during shut down in 2020. My first session was 10/2020 and it went great! The tech was awesome, gentle, and everyone was helpful. Dec 2020 I went through some health issues so I had to postpone my 2nd appt, which was made clear when I decided to wait on scheduling said second appointment. Anyways, I am in the clear now and the soonest appointment I could get was January 2022 (I called to schedule around October 2021 but needed a Saturday so harder to get) Because I had waited a year in between appointments my contract had ended so they had me sign a new one, no big deal. I called January 2022 and told the lady at the front I was going to be moving to a new state some time mid january and needed to move my appointment to a new local location, she responded with no probably once you get moved give us a call and we will get it scheduled. (I communicated with the front desk my house was not ready so my move date was flexible) I called the week after moving to get everything transferred to new location and they responded with “we canceled your current contract, and won’t be willing to renew it again” As I talked with the receptionist and explained my frustration of why my contract was canceled in the same month my appointment was she gave me an email with who is in charge of contracts. I have emailed the lady several times over the last couple months with NO response. So I am out a contract, my second appointment, and a 1000$. While being just completely ghosted, when the communication was there and at the time everyone was understanding.
I met Jen today and OMG I can not describe what an amazing nurse she is! She made the whole experience so easy and painless! She was so fun to talk to, and in general 150 out of a 100, absolutely great, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!
I would definitely recommend Ideal Imagine to friends and family!! The girl at the front desk is also very welcoming and efficient! And all staff are so friendly and professional!

Jen and the front desk gal (I didn’t catch her name…) were incredibly helpful! Both were very patient in answering my many questions.
I didn’t share it at the time but I am a week postop from my eighth surgery following a breast cancer diagnosis, and today’s treatment was a way for me to treat myself and feel a bit of normalcy again. Just thought I would share because you just never know what someone might be going through when you interact with them on a given day. I just appreciate their attentiveness and kindness, especially during such a fragile time. I felt renewed and excited to come back again for my next treatment!

After going thru my treatments, I am about 70% happy with the reduction I have. There is still hair and the “lifetime guarantee” comes with a fee if you need to use it bc THEY DIDNT GET ALL THE HAIR REMOVED IN THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME I WASNT TOLD ABOUT UNTIL ALMOST MY LAST SESSION. I also purchased a TRIA hair removal gun for $500 and am happy with the results that has provided. Its more time consuming bc it covers a smaller surface, but doing it in the comfort of my own home, on my own time, has been AMAZING bc TRIA actually works!
