Overselling by consultants resulting in many unused sessions and refusal to give a refund. Extremely rude front desk in Northgate and Mill Creek.

Fraudulent loan practices. Christine Wertman did my “estimate” and she somehow setup a loan with Ally Lending for $4k.
Trish is awesome! I really felt comfortable and safe when I had my Ultherapy done. I was a bit nervous but she put me at ease. I think anyone who wants to age gracefully should check out the different opportunities available! I also had some filler last year that did make a difference so check it out!

This steady handed nurse got my lips right and sticks me in all the right places! She says I take it like a champ! She makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and more importantly, she has brought back my self confidence. God love a nurse who really cares, makes follow up calls, and answers all your questions with a smile still on her face. She works hard and I hope she gets a raise for making us all look so good. I have been going to the Mill Creek location for laser hair removal for several months, and had Jenn Ingram for the first time today and she was amazing! She was attentive, gentle and this was the first time anyone has taken the time to make sure I am getting the results I am looking for.
My hair isn’t gone. Scheduling is a nightmare. Nobody reads my chart. Two staff members laser’ed my upper legs “by accident” so now my hair reduction is inconsistent. My 9 treatments are complete but I still have SOOO much hair.

Overall I had a positive experience and got the results I was expecting. The journey however, had a few bumps but we made it.
I got laser hair removal done on my legs. The process was extremely painful for me. I started the whole benadryl, numbing cream routine and it was still pretty painful despite that. Had I not paid for the full service in advance I might not have continued the treatment. In retrospect i’m glad I did that. The procedure is not cheap (even after the upto 70% discount) but I did get 95% permanent hair reduction. There was some pigmentation earlier in the procedure but it went away after two months.
The staff is very friendly and polite and they try to help with pain management too. Only one or two times I felt like they were getting impatient with my whining when it was taking them a little longer to finish the session.
I would recommend this to someone who absolutely hates waxing/shaving and has a higher pain threshold but I would probably not get laser hair removal done again, only because the pain was really bad.
