Staff is amazing and go above and beyond to meet your needs. I was significantly late to my appointment due to traffic, to where I basically missed my appointment altogether. But knowing that I really wanted to get my fillers before heading home for the holidays, staff went out of their way to work me into their schedule. Life savers!! Jen is hands down the greatest and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She listened to my wants and concerns and perfected my desired look. She is very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does, I left extremely happy. Will definitely be coming back.

I transferred to the mill creek location when they opened, and the entire staff are both professional and kind hearted people, I’ve been seeing Dasha since I started at this location and I absolutely love her, she’s gentle and always checks in with you during the service, she remembers what we talk about which really makes you feel valued and I feel 100% comfortable with her.
10/10 would recommend this location and the people.

Ideal image is a joke! Every single appointment I have had a problem. They tell you they schedule you for something but they never schedule enough time and can never complete your service, always having to come back. I signed up in 2/2020 and then the pandemic happened and they shut down.. ok I get it. Now they won’t extend my contract because “it’s up” but I couldn’t get my treatments done in the time frame they were supposed to occur because they were shut down, then short staffed, or constantly rescheduling my appointments for whatever reason they had. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
