I absolutely loved Darya. She is the reason I’m making sure that I come back. I have three sessions total BBL, Broadband light therapy. The first time I got it I was not very thrilled with the beginning where I couldn’t see much of a change. Then after like a month my skin looked much better and less bumpy. I was looking for smaller pores in my skin I wanted my skin to look flatter with smaller pores and that’s what is happening, has happened as well as getting rid of those tiny blood vessels around my nose.
And then I saw an amazing woman who is expecting her first baby, she was amazing! I absolutely loved everything about the treatment. Darya, is a professional who makes you feel comfortable, at home type feeling, which is rare. She why I’m getting more done after this.. Her knowledge and kindness and the way she is. Its all 10 Stars, the highest you can rate her, I say, she is the best! My skin looks way better Im so happy that I did this. At first I worried, but now I do not. This by far is the best thing I could have ever done for my skin and for myself at 46 years old, thank you.
Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and clinic is very clean. Second appt here for second treatment. I’ve done laser hair removal in the bikini area and Botox treatment and both appts have been great.

DO NOT GET ANY TREATMENTS AT THIS COMPANY!!!! They will literally steal your money and refuse to provide you the treatments you PAID for!!! If you signed up for services and pre-paid for them prior to COVID and did not go in to get your treatments during the pandemic for risk of catching COVID or carrying it home to your immunocompromised family, they will just take your money and refuse to schedule any appointments or refund your money. This is a huge scam. Avoid at all costs!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. This company has absolutely no regard for the health and safety of its customers.

I was happy with the provider/nurse who did my treatment last time I was there. I’m not happy with the result of my laser hair treatment last week was my 9th session after paying around 4k , spending time and feeling pain for every minute while doing the each treatment session, I’m not happy with the results. Only half of my hair is gone or maybe less. When First I decided to do laser hair removal The provider said I have very fair light skin and dark hair which is perfect for lase and by session 6 all the hair would be gone… but That certainly did not happen.
I did cool sculpting for my chin and it was really expensive and time consuming that yielded ZERO RESULTS . Please don’t waste your money, if it sounds too good to be true. It’s because it is.(Yes I’ve waited the allotted time to see results and nothing is different)
Grace Lee is very skilled at what she does, and made what could be an uncomfortable procedure seem totally comfortable. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness for this delicate work, so that she and I could both be comfortable removing hair by laser.

I had the most wonderful experience at Ideal Image Mill Creek with Trish Bhama. I had purchased a package for 3 areas of laser hair removal – I had full body laser hair removal done a few years ago from another business that did not work. I am currently on my 4th round and the hair in those areas is basically non-existent. The treatments are quick and easy, while I cannot say they are pain-free, the team at Ideal image mill creek was able to give me a recommendation for a topical numbing that works WONDERS. If you are considering laser hair removal YOU NEED TO TRY this location. If you want actual long lasting results this is the place to check out!
