I immediately knew I was in great hands with my nurse practitioner, Karen, a total pro who was also very kind, encouraging, and calm. I had a great first experience with laser hair removal. It was fast and not too uncomfortable. Karen’s expertise and the phenomenally powerful laser made all the difference.
Kathleen was fantastic! Every time I come here they are so professional and polite. Such a good experience. Highly recommend for laser hair removal (getting my face done).

Grace was great!! I had my first treatment for my lower legs today and I’ve had laser done in the past which really hurt. Totally different scenario this time, didn’t hurt, so fast, glad I went with Ideal Image.

Had a great experience with Karen for Ultherapy treatment. It’s a little bit painful and she was very patient and accommodating. I’ve had other treatments and they are always very professional and on time.
Nurse Practitioner Darya is fabulous and definitely my fave!! That aside, I do wish I had researched more before choosing a laser center as I have not had a positive experience regarding how the company, Ideal Image, operates.
Darya was amazing today. I wasn’t feeling great but she made her best to make me feel comfortable. She was really awesome. I wish all people are nice like her. She really made my day. I totally recommend this place.
I felt like I was sold services just for the commission. I had a pre appointment with someone to go over what I wanted done, which was Botox and lip filler. I uploaded my medical history a week before my appointment. I get to my Botox appointment and am notified I am unable to receive lip filler due to my shellfish allergy. She offered to switch it all to Botox, I’m 30 years old. I didn’t need 1,300 worth of Botox. I’m highly disappointed after they talked me into applying for a credit program and getting my credit ran just to tell me I cannot receive a service after all has been done. She offered to refund me for the lip filler which is fine but my credit is already ran. I left my appointment visually upset and disappointed. I called yesterday requesting a manager or someone to call me back to address this issue and still no one has reached back out.
I love the fact that I don’t have to wait for my appointment and the ladies are great, Darya was a great help and very kind, she made sure I was ok and treated me gentle, also give me some recommended creams for after my treatment.
Dysport and Botox. Jenny in southcnter has always been my go to, but switched to mill creek now. I’m always very happy. They take time to evaluate and listen to what I am looking for before making recommendations.
Darya was absolutely amazing. Everytime I come she always takes care of what I need. She’s amazing to work with. She made the laser hair removal process extremely easy. Go with Darya. Her vibe is amazing.
I am writing this review as a zero star. In the beginning when I had a video phone consult due to the pandemic I was impressed by how interactive Ideal Image was. Learned this was all fake to just get my business. I paid $2000 for coolsculpting on my abdominal area. I was told that I would only need one service of coolsculpting due to my size and I was guaranteed results. My appointment for this procedure was scheduled fairly quickly in October 2020. The procedure went as exoected. I then had a healing time frame of three months and was told I would see results within that time frame. Well. I did not. I reached out to the person who I scheduled with and did my consult with prior to my appointment in January because I was concerned with the results. I had zero results or improvement from my coolsculpting. I was told to bring my concerns up at my appointment that went over my results. I came into the mill creek location for my review in January 2021. It lasted all of maybe 10 minutes. The lady who completed this appointment took photos. I expressed that I was disappointed and wanted to reschedule a redo as I paid for lifetime warranty on the coolsculpting. She told me if I was disappointed with the results I would need to call and speak to a manger and there was nothing she could do their at that appointment. Right after that appointment I called numerous times, left voice-mails, and emailed. A month goes by and I still hadn’t received any communication back, so I attempted to escalate by adding numerous people (local area manager Patricia and Emily who I did my consult with) in an email. I received a response that Patricia was not able to process a refund or discuss a reschedule of the procedure and she would need to get a higher manager involved. I was told I would hear back from this person in two weeks. Two months go by and still nothing. I called and left voice-mail and emailed Patricia again. I also fwd my conversation with Emily where I was guaranteed results and invoices showing I purchased insurance warranty on this procedure. Patricia as usual took her time to respond and when she did she apologized for my not hearing back and said she would reach out to this manager once again. I received communication saying I would get a response within that week. That did not happen. Since then (april 2021) i have been emailing and calling ideal image and have received NO response. This company is a scam. All they care about is getting their money and performing false procedures that provide no results. They will tell you anything they can to get you to schedule and buy their insanely pricey procedures. Then when you have an issue its like you never existed to them. I will be reporting this company for many reasons as I explained briefly in this review to the BBB. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
