I had Jen do my lip fillers and I couldn’t be happier with the results. There was zero swelling (except the minor initial swelling), zero pain, and zero bruising. She explained exactly what she was doing and why and was able to get my to my desired shape and volume with her technique. I will absolutely be going back to Jen for any future services!
I received Botox from Marilyn here and it was a great experience! She is very professional and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend asking for her for any Botox treatments!

I received my first treatment at Ideal Image for laser hair removal in the Mill Creek facility on Saturday, April 29th during an 8am appointment. The appointment started slightly later than scheduled but nothing in the way of inconvenient. My appointment was with May who was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I previously had laser hair removal through a dermatologists office with mixed result. I chose Ideal Image after listening to a famous YouTuber named Jackie Aina talk about her experience and results. I vetted the company and found that all professionals administering treatments are certified in various positions of the medical field. This gave me the confidence to book the appointment. As I understood it, Ideal Image works with ALL skin tones. I have black skin so there are risks specifically associated with my tone that I wanted to ensure were taken under consideration for laser treatment. The service went as expected. I followed the post-treatment instructions and did not have any adverse effects. My second appointment will be at the Northgate location and I hope to have the same experience as I did in Mill Creek.

If I could give ZERO star I would. I never really write reviews but this clinic is very unprofessional. Rude front desk and nurse are mean. People here are racist!!! They will not accommodate you.
Always a great experience. I’m in the process of getting my armpits and whole perianal area lazered. Let me tell you, I’m two treatments in and I love it!
