  • Danell was very helpful and new exactly what I needed!

  • I Had a BBL laser treatment, Jen was great, very professional and knowledgeable.

  • Marketing tactics are bullying and put me off from wanting treatment here. Questioned why I would even want a second opinion/consultation from anywhere else. When I asked what it meant by 2.4 treatments needed she told me she “didn’t think I’d understand but would try anyways”. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

  • Nice office and treatment rooms and the staff is excellent. I submitted an inquiry online and someone called me back minutes later and in less than an hour I was in there getting a treatment. Everyone seemed really knowledgeable and professional and genuinely interested in helping me get the results I wanted to see. Definitely recommend for any med spa treatments.

  • The staff are usually nice and helpful. My issue is that every time I come in the process changes re: how and when I pay sometimes it’s before and they make me pay before my service sometimes it’s after and they won’t let me pay until after the service. It’s confusing.

    My other issue is that the prices were recently raised. There should have been better messaging re: this change. I purchased a yr long membership in June and expected that this year membership would be honored thorough June and that was not the case. They basically just
    gave me a very corporate answer, that I got a good deal when I purchased it, prices are up across the board… so takw it or leave it.

    I have been going here for years but I will be finding a new place after this experience. They make you purchased a membership to get “member” pricing but there are places out there whose rate is already comparable to the member pricing without having to purchase an additional $250+ membership

  • The staff is friendly ane efficient. The aesthetician was very knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable with her.

  • I’ve had the PLEASURE to be assisted by Kathleen (receptionist at Ideal Image) who’s made it easy and comforting to schedule appointments and fix errors other personal have made. She makes it all the more easier to remain a customer at Ideal Image! Thank you Kathleen for your effort and patience!

  • I would avoid this company. They cancel appointments made 6-8 weeks out, then make you chase the reschedule. This includes confirmed appointments in the AM, to arrive at the place in the afternoon to learn they cancelled your appt without any notice. They make it very difficult to schedule appts, nearly impossible to get treatment on the interval required. This is the old trick of sell you services, then deny access to them. If you’d had similar experience, please review. Front desk and service providers are excellent and very professional. [edit] The below response is lip service, this review is based on 4 of 5 appts being a nightmare.

  • My consultation with Ashley was very pleasantly informative! She gave me all the information I needed, and then some. I didn’t have to many questions, but, she did, very efficiently answer them.

    It was an easy conversation. I will definitely be booking an appointment and utilizing your services/procedures with “Cool Sculpting.

  • Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Ideal Image.

    The staff is friendly, but that’s the only upside.

    I have had two appointments in the last five months, one of which was canceled on me, but since no one told me, I showed up and they “squeezed me in”. They said it was because my notifications were off and they would fix it, so it wouldn’t happen again. It was downhill from here.

    I booked an IPL Photofacial (December 20th) and my next hair removal appointment (January 4th, it has to be two weeks apart from the IPL), both canceled. First, I was contacted that my hair removal needed to be moved because the technician was unavailable on the 4th, I had no issues and they bumped it up a few days. Realizing this was a conflict with the IPL, I called back, got shuffled through three reps. and finally someone was able to tell me that I was right and it needed to be moved, now my hair removal was set for Jan. 9th.

    For the December IPL, I called the morning of, to confirm, since my previous appointment was canceled without notification, sure enough canceled again. Rescheduled but now I couldn’t get in until February. Since I wasn’t getting the IPL anytime soon, the rep. tells me they’ll move up my January removal appointment to the 23rd. Turns out, after wasting an hour rescheduling previously, they never rescheduled the hair removal, which she corrects and moves it to December 23rd.

    Morning of the 23rd, I get a confirmation email and text saying my appointment is good to go, I drive 30 minutes in snow and ice, almost get hit twice, to find the location closed! Then, someone calls me to say they obviously need to reschedule and they can do it on January19th, completely unprofessional! I was done, I called the corporate office when I got home to cancel my useless “membership” and get a refund.

    Now, after dozens of phone calls, speaking to several reps., hours of time on hold, and no hair removal results, I am being told I will only get $1500 of my $2750 payment ($625 each treatment) back. Ridiculous!!! I can get four treatments at The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery for $499 total. Not to mention, no one has reached out to me from the Mill Creek location to apologize.

    I’ve turned over the “contract” to my lawyer and hope to get a reasonable refund. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this location and company!

  • Mill Creek location: Front desk gal, Debbie, was so helpful and professional with me in person last week. Far better experience with her then 5 separate phones calls into customer service line where you seem to get a mixed bag of personalities. She was amazing!!! Love this location and their staff.
