Not good.
I went in to get my lips done for the 2nd time ever and I had such an amazing experience. I was late due to traffic and Jennifer G. Still took me knowing I had driven an hour and a half to be there even though she didn’t have to. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and distracted me from being poked so much when I told her I was a little nervous around needles. I highly recommend ideal image and I extra super highly recommend Jennifer G. Thank you Jennifer!

I came in to talk to someone about the results of an Ulltherapy treatment I had done earlier this year. I was concerned that I didn’t see the results I was expecting but the technician put my fears to rest. She took a picture of the treated area and then showed me the before picture taken prior to the treatment along side the current picture. The results were definitely there. In addition, she explained other treatments I could consider if I wanted to take the things further. It was very helpful and appreciated. Thank you!

This is my second times for hair removal, I really like it, also the service and workers are very helpful and very nice to the customer.
My experience as a 1st time filler customer was very relaxing. I was nervous at 1st afraid it would hurt but my Nurse Trish made it very comfortable abd virtually painfree. She was realistic about my expectations and the results were natural and very pleasing. I’m glad I bought thIs membership I will be putting it to good use as I have a variety of beauty treatments id like to try. I’m glad I finally went ahead and scheduled ny consult and made my appt. We seem to always put off our own Self Care, this was worth the cost.
I don’t like their system being pushy over the phone with sales but the service I received at the location was great! The best procedure ever, will be back only for the esthetician!

I saw Dani for laser hair removal and she was quick, good humored, and professional! There was a scheduling glitch and she did everything she could and was still able to give me a service. Thank you!
Its was okay. Overall
I had laser appointment and I’m not available on weekdays then they give me very far Saturday ( almost 2 months later ) but exactly 2 hours before my schedule they called me and canceled my appointments without any good explanation, and it has been 3 weeks since cancellation that I’m waiting to someone called me to give me new appointments instead of that, but unfortunately they didn’t . I paid over $8000 and have contracts with Ideal Image , for sure I’m following to get my money back .
Almost impossible to speak to anyone, manager is never available. Didnt get treatment paid for. Had to pay for Botox twice and still need to pay again.
I did love it. The nurse was very kind and she did explain in detail the benefits and possible side effects of the treatment. She did ask about my medical history and current medications used.
The session went very smoothly , I hope to see results soon.

I’ve had Botox on middle of August 2022, my eyebrows are unequal, I told them and they add one more once but it was same again, anyway now after almost one and half months all botox that I got is gone. It’s horrible. DO NOT waste your money and time here.
I typically go to the Northgate location but have moved to Mill creek, with friendly staff. I had Katie for Botox treatment. I found her professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would defiantly ask for her again! My previous injections, especially around the eye, have been uncomfortable, but not with Katie. I am happy with the service I had with Mill Creek and will be back.
