My experience with ideal image was terrible. I had a video consultation. This business is not local and is a corporation. For transgirls like me who are financially struggling, this is not the laser clinic for you. All they care about is money and telling you how laser is permanent. It is not permanent but rather permanent hair reduction, and not permanent removal. They have very expensive pricing and the sales gal tried to scam me into a 16 month bundle that cost $2500. Laser hair removal for the face takes around 8 months (give or take a month). I only need 5 more sessions over 5 months and the sales gal still tried to sell me the 16 months package. I asked how much it would cost to pay per session and they wanted $950. You should really only be paying around $250 per laser session for your face. Also ideal image DOES NOT take insurance. Check out Mill Creek Skin and Laser, they can work with insurance and have much more reasonable pricing for low budget individuals.
It was quick, easy, painless
Trish was amazing! She discussed my previous experience with filters and what I wanted, letting me know what was possible and why. She is so incredible good at what she does! I had no swelling, pain or discomfort at all. The next day I looked perfect! I love the outcome and the absolute professionalist and expertise that Trish offers her customers. I’m not going anywhere else!
Trish was my esthetician & she was great! She made me feel very at ease & comfortable through the 2 different procedures I came into ideal image for. I highly recommend her and will gladly return to her anytime.

It was a very inviting and friendly atmosphere! I felt comfortable and safe. Any questions I had they were well answered and met with reassurance. I am so happy I picked ideal image for my first time Botox experience!

I’m not one to put people or businesses on blast, however my experience with Ideal Image needs visibility as they are STEALING from their customers. They’re all over you to collect upfront payment, and then ghost you when you try to schedule an appointment. I pre-paid thousands of dollars for 9 laser treatments, and only received 3. They scheduled out my 3 treatments over the course of 6 months so that I am not able to dispute my credit card charges after they completely ignore my calls and voicemails when I try to schedule my 4th appointment. Over the past month, I’ve tried calling the Mill Creek location several times and have left a couple voicemails that haven’t been returned. I also called corporate and they transferred me to Mill Creek’s voicemail. I emailed my sales rep, no response. I texted her and she responded saying that one of the reasons she quit is because they bite of more than they can chew. Isn’t this THEFT? They collect payment and make it nearly impossible to schedule the service you paid for. What is the next step? Report to better business bureau? I need to get my money back since they are unable to provide the services they charged me for. At this point I am seeking A) acknowledgment from the company, B)an explanation, C) a 100% refund so I can get my treatment from a business with integrity. I haven’t yet scheduled an appointment, but came in and talked to the front desk ladies. Shelby and Alaya! They were both so kind and helpful. I asked about pricing and they were able to show me different prices for different treatments. I have heard a lot about ideal image, bad/good but I think that being able to go in and speak with them has helped me feel more comfortable about getting treatments done. I know there is a wait for treatments the girls explained that and that is okay, kind of long is the only bad thing, seems busy there BUT I will be back to sign up! Very welcoming friendly environment. I like the location as well it is cute and easy access to the parking lot. They have a lot of great deals!
Super friendly staff on zoom and in person. the nurse was so professional and told me every step of the way what she was doing and was very comforting about any pain for discomfort I was experiencing.
