Great place for all of your skin care needs. They have highly trained professionals that will diagnose and treat your skin. Its in a great location with plenty of parking.
Great place, however with Yolanda and so many others leaving i hope they dont go down hill
I went in recently to get some scarring looked at and get a renewal on my prescription. It was a new doctor since mine had left recently. I waited 20 minutes to be looked at for a max 8 minutes (and I’m being generous). The doctor I had didn’t even bother to shake my hand or ask my name. She ended up giving me a different pill without even asking me what my needs were and one that my insurance doesn’t cover in full. I kept trying to ask questions or explain what I need help with but she would interrupt me. At one point I was in the middle of me asking a question she got up and was holding the door handle to leave. Clearly she was in a rush. To me, it’s very important that my doctor is personable and wants to help me solve my problems. In the end I didn’t even ask about my scarring problems because I clearly wasn’t going to get any help. I left feeling kind of gross about the whole thing especially since having such a caring doctor before. I’m not even gonna take the medicine she prescribed because I don’t trust this doctor really found something that I needed. I think she just wanted to leave.

Great place with great staff! I had a full face laser treatment done here, with lovely results! The PA was great at getting it done in sections to minimize pain. I even went back to have some moles in question removed, and botox. PA Hall is great at explaining treatment and what should be done after treatment at home. The botox experience was great she gets it done fast, and I got exactly the results I wanted. Wonderful experience and I will definitely return.

This business is the worst I have ever came across. First they scar my face in two places, when they said there wasn’t going to be any scarring. Then when I asked for them to look at it since it’s between my eyes and they caused it. They said of course come in and we will take a look. When I got there they took maybe 5m to look at me and tell me it wasn’t there fault and only way to fix was to spend a ton of money. To top it off they charged me 120 for the 5m visit only needed cause of there error. When I called, the owner told me he wasn’t going to comp my visit and threatened if I didn’t pay he would send me to collections. Too many dermatologists to choose this one!
I am so happy I have found Dr. Bergstrom. She treated me for a burn on my face. I am really impressed with her. She is also very personable and doesn’t push any procedure on you. I went to another dermatologist on the island and much prefer Dr. B.
Great office! They were able to fit me in quick (next day, so it had to be from a cancellation). I thought I’d need just a simple outpatient procedure for a spot on my nose but the provider made a strong case for doing a biopsy. I am SO glad they did, because the results came back as skin cancer. I’ll be able to get treatment 6 months – 1 year+ earlier than I might have otherwise.
Top notch, I recommend them to anyone.
