I got engaged last year and instantly started looking at my skin, noticing all the blemishes, fine lines and sun damage. I wanted to go on a beauty journey before my big day. I reached out to Kaylana (for skin care needs) and Kaylee (for injections) to start my wonderful self love journey. The results I saw were almost instant. My skin was glowing, alive and could breathe again (I got the BBL and VI peele). I drive almost 2 hours to my appointments and it is worth every mile. Kaylana was so thorough, honest and accommodating to my needs. She was so pleasant, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Kaylee was also very thorough, honest and accommodating. So sweet, nice and gentle, which helps tremendously when getting a needle to the face (I recieved botox in the forehead and lip filler). Lol. But these ladies made me feel beautiful, valued and a priority. I highly 100/100 reccomend and trust their business as well as these specific women.
Pro Medical Spa was amazing and it was I had a perfect visit for this momma. The place was clean, bright, beautiful, and the staff was so sweet and welcoming. Especially Amanda, the clinician that did my BBL (Broad Band Light) treatment. She made me feel at home and so comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Each step of the way she was checking in on me, making sure I was okay, and ready to move on. After the treatment was finished, Amanda got me all set up with my after treatment care and continued to check on me days after to see how I was doing and what I was thinking of the results I was seeing. Overall just such a great experience and will be going back for more skin care needs.
I have been working with Amanda for about 6 months and love her combination of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Everyone is always welcoming and the spa is super clean and comfortable.
Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Amazing customer service always! I see Amanda for all beauty services. She is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. She always makes me feel comfortable. I am currently getting BBL, I have redness around my cheeks and it has help my skin tremendously. After my pregnancy my skin was feeling very dry and Amanda recommended skinwave and it was so nice and relaxing, my skin felt and look much better. I highly recommend Amanda and all the girl there.
I had laser hair removal performed by Kaylana Rottle, who made this a great experience for me, very friendly and knowledgeable about skin treatments. I was amazed by the results, which made it worthwhile my commute from Tacoma.
My mom and I had a girls day, starting with a trip to the Maple Valley ProMedical Spa. We both had services provided with Kaylee, who was fabulous! From the moment you step into the spa for your appointment you’re made to feel part of their family, which continues throughout the entire appointment. Kaylee made us feel cared for, and helped us in achieving the looks we were after. She made sure that we were comfortable during each step of the appointment, and took the time and care to enhance our beauty without us feeling pressured into any treatments. It’s been a few days since our appointment, and I can’t help but feel a little more confident each time I look in the mirror. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!
Kaylana is very knowledgeable re: the skincare services I had both the BBL and the Moxi recently and she explained everything and put my nerves to rest. and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin is probably 90% less red due to the BBL treatment and the Moxi made my face feel smooth and soft.
I also have had a couple injections on my face done by nurse injector Kaylee and she is a true professional and answered all my questions and even followed up with me the next day. I was super-pleased with the results and will definitely be recommending MV Pro Med Spa to family and friends.
This spa is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I saw Kaylee for lip fillers and my experience with her was great! She was very informative about what to expect during and after my procedure. She was very gentle with the needle and my lips look AMAZING! I definitely recommend booking with her, she will not disappoint!
I can’t say enough good things about this medical spa and my favorite skincare expert, Amanda. Everyone is really friendly and knowledgeable here. You really feel taken care in this med spa! I recently received the Halo treatment and it did wonders for my skin. It went from being rough, dull and lifeless to smooth, bright and glowing and I can see that my fine lines have improved a ton. Most importantly, I felt confident in my aesthetician. She was extremely thorough in explaining the procedure before, during and after. The post-op instructions were clear and her bed side manner was second to none! Love this place!

I have been seeing these amazing ladies for over a year now and always love the work they do! Not only do they provide awesome botox and filler, they are also very educated in laser treatments. They are fun, professional, and extremely knowledgable! The. Best. Ever!
A team of knowledgeable woman with your best interest in mind. Aging is inevitable but let’s do it gracefully. I asked for a youthful and natural look and their team was able to provide what procedures would work. I could not be happier with my results. I will be back to continue services at Pro Medical!

This place is the best! Kaylana helped me pick out skincare and I appreciated that she’s so knowledgeable when it comes ingredients, how they work for certain skin types, etc. She took the time to answer all my questions and I’m already seeing a difference with my new products five days later!
I also spoke with Amanda, who told me about all the different treatments they offer. She really listened to my concerns and gave me some great recommendations based on my skin type. Can’t wait to go back for a service!

I let her know that I get anxious at times when I’m having a procedure done, and she put me completely at ease and asked through out if I was comfortable and doing ok. Along with taking the time to explain everything and not make you feel rushed.

I got a Moxi laser treatment on my face a week ago and can’t believe how great my skin looks! A lot of my darks spots are gone and it’s as soft as a baby I’m very happy with the results ! Kaylana and Amanda are amazing and really know their stuff , they explained everything very well. Definitely will be coming back !
