After my filler was put in and I looked in the mirror, I said “I look like I’ve had a facelift”. I am so happy with the job Dr. Cote did using filler on my face and I would highly recommend this Med Spa and Dr. Cote for your facial needs.
Everyone is so congenial from the front desk to the providers. Tessa and Rachel are not only great at what they do but so warm and engaging you feel you have made new friends of them.
Went in to get my lips done and the whole experience was just amazing. Sukh did my lips and she was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, I had the best experience with getting filler for the first time because of her. My lips look amazing she truly knows what she’s doing and is great at what she does.
Very professional, yet friendly staff. Dr. Cote is so skilled and I have always been thoroughly pleased with the results. They offer product bundles which are really a good deal. I often ask for that for my birthday or other special occasion.
Fantastic Med Spa! I’ve had diamond glow facials and laser hair removal with Tessa a few times and she is the BEST! Looking forward to trying other treatments! Near home, my go to place for self care with an awesome team!

This is the best med spa I have ever been to, all of the ladies there are very knowledgeable and experienced in helping me achieve my goals. I highly recommend taking the time to at least scheduling a consult; to those that are interested in esthetics. Also, shout out to the Lead Master Aesthetician Lyndsey! I have been coming to MD Cote’ since she opened in Maple Valley. I trust Dr. Cot’e not only because she’s an MD, but she listens & educates as well. Over the years I’ve done various skin treatments with many of her estheticians in my quest to stay youthful & I’ve always had good outcomes.
The entire staff is amazing! The moment you walk in the front door you are greeted by Jolene’s welcoming and bubbly personality. I had Cool Sculpting done with Jenna and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She checked in with me after my visits which was above and beyond the level of care I’ve received anywhere else. She truly cares about her clients. I also got Botox with Rachel. She had me laughing and super comfortable. She has a great technique which makes the process quick and painless. I always look foward to each of my visits. Everytime I go in for my treatments its like meeting up with friends.❤️
After loosing over 100lbs and turning 50 I sadly had the dreaded turkey neck and hooded eyelids amongst other issues. With my youngest daughter’s wedding coming up I was in panic mode. Dr Cote listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to help with the specific issues. I had no idea what to expect as this entire process was new to me. I was immediately put at ease simply walking in the door! The staff were amazing. Everyone is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They were very patient and caring during my procedures.
