I visited Cote Medical Spa today, I just turned 63 and decided I need to smooth out the lines in my face, so I scheduled to get botox and filler. Ive had botox before which I love but was unprepared for the face reflecting back at me in the mirror after the skilled placement of the product, I was stunned! I looked as though I had 10 yrs off my well worn face. My daughter whom has made investigating and finding all the best Drs for these type of procedures her time vampireing hobby lol, was blown away and now wants to make an apt.with Dr Cote. And my husband whom thought these things were a waist of money and made people look fake was amazed at how natural and young I looked he loved it and thought it was money well spent! Oh and the office is absolutely beautiful and the staff was a bonus to my experience.

I go to MD Cote for botox in my masseters. They’re very professional and I love the glam/upscale atmosphere they have. I always buy their botox promotion for 60 units at $10, that is a steal deal for botox! Dr. Cynthia is amazing! She listens to your concerns, is patience, and makes sure that your desired look is achieved.
I am such a fan of this MedSpa. I have been coming for Laser Hair Removal and Lyndsey is the best provider around. Professional, kind and great at her job. The results have been amazing! I highly recommend MD Coté for your esthetic needs.
I went here for laser hair removal, and did all the areas: legs, bikini, under arms and lip/chin. I have no regrets. It was a time commitment and I ended up loving seeing everyone and Lindsay- she was so easy to talk to! I would recommend this place- I was always treated well. As for the treatment? Yup- I definitely recommend it too. I am so much more confident in summer clothes, and not having to take the extra time to shave is so worth it.

I have been someone who has been interested in getting Botox and filler for many years but was never brave enough to actually do it. I have followed Tawnie for several years on Instagram and admired her work and education. Eventually I got the nerve to ask about a consultation, which she provided over a weekend- how accommodating! Any concerns I had going in were addressed and no longer concerns after the consultation. I felt empowered to make this decision for myself! As a single mom, it felt incredible to do something for myself that I’ve never done before. I don’t even get my hair done regularly! This was a HUGE step for me.
When I stepped into the office I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The decor is modern and classy. They take every Covid precaution. Once I was with Tawnie and her office, I was able to go over any last questions I had and I truly felt like I could put my face in her hands.
Let me tell you, Tawnie is a miracle worker. I am 100% satisfied in her professionalism and her skill. She has made me look refreshed and feel so much more confident! After my first Botox session, I was asking myself why did I wait so long?! At the end of the day, I would rather spend money to continue getting Botox than I would on new shoes, entertainment, or even towards a new car. This is my favorite self-indulgent money to spend. And the best part is, I started before I had too deep of wrinkles! Botox is definitely preventative; I’m so glad I didn’t wait past 35!
Don’t walk, RUN to schedule with Tawnie!! No seriously, she’s a master at her trade and I’m sure there will come a time soon where she can’t take new patients! It’s not as scary as you may think. And she will not make you look “done”. It’s like tiny sprinkles! Not a single person has asked me if I’ve done something to my face yet I regularly hear that I look like I’m in my 20’s these days. A small fee to pay to feel the most confident I have in my life! ☺️

This was my second time getting in with Tawnie for lip injections. She really cares about the results you want and is very honest about expectations. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied.
I was a nervous wreck (but very excited) the first time around and she was so calm and reassuring, the second time around I was just as excited but my nerves were waaaay down. I am overjoyed with my results and will definitely be back!
This review has been long overdue! I first went to MD Cote to switch to medical grade skincare. I met with Amanda and she set me up with some IS Clinical skincare, in which I still use and absolutely love to this day! Additionally I highly recommend the fire and ice facial! She was extremely professional, and personable which I feel is such an important quality to have. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing esthetician!❤️❤️❤️
Last year (after doing a ton of research, a lip flip and some bad Botox) I decided I wanted to do some lip filler. I came across Tawnies Instagram and I am so beyond happy that I did. The thing I really liked was how natural her results were! And how informative she was! I was really afraid of having that over done, Kylie Jenner look 😅 I reached out to her and was able to get an appointment set up! I was very nervous but also excited! Tawnie was very upfront and realistic about what to expect, pricing etc! She was also very professional and personable, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to go with her as my injector! I started with one syringe and got my lips done and it’s one of the best decisions I have made. I am beyond in love with how they turned out! She listened to my wants, needs and concerns and she delivered! I got my second syringe (as recommended) a couple months later, and Botox as well. Additionally she added filler to my smile lines and chin to balance my face out. I have received nothing but compliments from friends and family on how natural and refreshed I look. I could not be happier with the results and the relationship I’ve developed with her! She’s absolutely amazing and if you’re considering getting injections I highly recommend meeting with this gem!💎 🥰
Additionally, in terms of the office as a whole! There was a promotional hiccup that I had messaged Tawnie about. Not only was the issue resolved quickly, they also went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and made it right! Which is hard to find these days! I’ve seen Amanda for 4 treatments so far and can’t express how pleased I am with not only the results but her level of professionalism and kindness. When I first started going to her I didn’t leave the house, even for a simple errand, without a full face of makeup to cover up the imperfections in my skin (even in present times with a mask covering half my face). I was so insecure about the acne I had, the texture of my skin and the scarring I had from the years of adult acne I suffered from. I tried every skincare trend under the sun and took recommendations from everyone I knew about what to do for my sensitive acne prone skin, but nothing worked. When I finally pulled the trigger to see a professional, I got a consultation with Amanda and she immediately started setting me up with a skincare routine and told me why mine wasn’t working. She didn’t just tell me to throw my products out and move forward, she took the time to go over which ingredients I was mixing and why they were not working for me. She is constantly educating me along with the services and products she recommends to me. I genuinely enjoy going to see her for not only the facials but because she treats you like family, she is such a genuine person and takes time to get to know you and remembers what you talk to her about each time.
To say she has changed my life is an understatement. I feel so much more confident in my bare skin and have only worn makeup twice in the last two months, which says a lot in itself. If you are considering any type of treatment to better your skin, just do it and make sure you see Amanda. I wish I had started seeing her sooner than I did, she is amazing and I will never go anywhere else!
I cannot recommend Tawnie enough! She is super sweet and takes the time to thoroughly assess and explain everything. I had taken a long hiatus from botox after a terrible experience at a different clinic but went to MD Cote after being recommended by a family member. Had botox done to two areas of my face and I’m already looking forward to planning more botox/filler treatments in the future!

I went to Tawnie for Lips and due to a promotion going on also opted in for Botox which SAVED me money. Anyway, little did i know its exactly what ive been missing. Now i’ve heard the horror stories of bad Botox and Gawd awful lip filler that looked like the forever feared over-done duck lips (insert Lindsey Lohan 2010). But looking at Tawnie’s work, you know it wont be the case.
The virtual consultation, she puts your fears to bed with information you didn’t even know you wanted, and will leave you with little to no questions when she asks you if you have any questions. Scheduling was easy enough and then the wait starts and anticipation builds! Keep an eye on her insta stories though because i was able to sneak in a few weeks early due to a cancellation! The office was clean, cute and comfortable as can be post Covid shut down, Tawnie will talk you through every step before you start and apply numbing cream for lips before she gets the desired product drawn and ready while giving the numbing agent time to kick in. Botox was first, I just got a sprinkle and it was nothing more than a couple teeny tiny pinches. Lips I could not even feel and the end result.. Stunning and I couldn’t stop looking at myself in the review mirror on the way home (drive safe). Tawnie suggested the Post Op cream to minimize bruising and swelling which must have worked because i didnt notice much bruising. Two weeks flew by and I knew it wouldn’t be long before I was back in her chair!
My second visit with her was for a second syringe for the lips and a botox touch up.. EVEN BETTER THAN THE FIRST TIME.
My confidence has sky rocketed even with a bare face. Just do yourself a favor and go see her.

Okay- I have to add to this for Amanda! She has been doing my laser hair removal and has been so sweet and just amazing. My first appointment we went over my skin type and everything I SHOULD be doing for my skin. So she got me started on the right track for skin care. My skin and unwanted facial hair have been a nightmare for most of my teenage and adult life. I have always had awful Acne and THICK lip and chin hair due to PCOS (if you know, you know. I see you CYSTER). She got me set up with the skin care products I needed and we started in on our long journey of laser hair removal. She has been so great through it all, as i’m also getting a more “sensitive” area done as well and shes never made me feel awkward or weird. I appreciate her so much every time i come in! My Skin has done an INSANE 180 and ive never been happier with it. My results so far with laser hair removal are great! but it does take time and multiple sessions which she does explain, so there are no unrealistic expectations. I cant wait to do other areas later on!
Cynthia Cote was very unprofessional in regard to her demeanor with me and to this day she has not refunded money owed to me after an epic failure procedure (thread lift she charged $4K). She admitted this procedure did not work and that the threads she used were probably the wrong size. She tried again, failed. That’s too much cash (paid up front per her policy) to have it fail twice and not be allowed a refund or a credit for a procedure that was non-invasive. I was a client of hers for a few years and every Botox treatment caused brow sagging. One of her very loyal employees shared with me confidentially that when you thin Botox (to make it go further), it often will cause droop/sag as the product drifts. I’ve confirmed this with two other doctors who agree this is the most common reason this happens. Dr. Cote has poor communication skills and her business/client concerns turn personal for her very quickly. She was demeaning, very unprofessional, and a flat out thief! I rarely post reviews and when I do they are because of a good experience. However, because she stole my $4K and provided no options that were non-invasive, nor a refund, I can’t even fathom giving her a good review. I have since found a very professional Doctor. What do you know not one episode of Botox drifting and causing my brow to droop! If you choose Dr Cote, just be aware there are other doctors who don’t make you pay up front prior to a procedure, who are kind and not demeaning, who don’t speak to you as if you are their child, and who truly care about your results, not just their cash flow.
