If you’re considering Botox or filler, but not sure where to start, you NEED to see Tawnie!
I have put off getting Botox or any kind of filler, for fear of looking plastic or frozen. I found Tawnie, who has absolutely perfected her craft. She gives the most beautiful and natural looking results. She truly focuses on balancing out your facial features. Tawnie made me feel so comfortable and was so sweet. I felt like I was being treated by a friend.

From the moment I was greeted at the door, I knew I was in the right place. Tawnie and the entire office staff treated me like their MOST valued and important client of the day. Tawnie took her time asking questions and actually teaching me about the intricacies of the human face. She is SO knowledgeable and professional! She has a very light touch. I did not leave her care feeling traumatized as I have in the past from appointments at other clinics. The biggest compliment though, is that my husband actually noticed and highly praised the work Tawnie did. He was really impressed, and that’s not easy to do! Now he’s totally on board for me to visit Tawnie as often as needed. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
I have been going to MD Cote’s for a few years. The entire staff is personable, professional, and soooo friendly!! It is a judgement free environment and I’ve never felt pressured to do or purchase anything. I’ve been injected by both Dr. Cote and Tawnie. When I first began getting Botox I asked about fillers or more areas and Dr Cote gave her honest opinion and thought that it wasn’t really needed yet. Not trying to sell you on a procedure and honesty is what has made me a lifetime client. I recently have been getting injections from Tawnie. She is kind, caring, and gentle. She is always quick to respond to messages or answer any questions that I have. At my last appointment I added some filler to my lips, smile lines, and chin. Tawnie’s eye for natural beauty and subtlety was exactly what I wanted! You would never know I had filler injections because it looks so natural. I would highly recommend Tawnie and all of the ladies at MD Cote!
I would definitely recommend Tawnie for anything you want done! She is the absolute best. She WILL NOT overdo anything even if you want it overdone lol! She is the only person I’ll ever go to. I drive 3 hours just for her services!

It took a lot of research, thought, and internal debate before I finally decided that I would give botox a try. I had a lot of fears, including the pain involved and making it obvious to everyone that I “had work done.” Tawnie took the time to get to know me, what my goals were, and understand my fears. She was able to help me understand what I could expect, and what I really needed to focus on to achieve the results I needed. She also didn’t try to push me towards procedures or products I didn’t really need. And when it came time for the injections, I barely felt them. In some places I didn’t feel them at all, and when I did, it felt like nothing more than being snapped by a rubber band, or being stung by a bee. I spent about a year talking to Tawnie about lip injections, and she was always so patient with all of my questions (which were often the same questions asked over and over). My concerns with my lips were the same as with botox, looking fake and the pain. I had my first round of injections in January, and I could not be more pleased with the results. My lips look hydrated, not over-inflated. It turned out so much better that what I ever expected! Tawnie is not only an incredible injector, but such a caring and amazing person. I don’t know that I will ever trust anyone else with my face!
Dr. Cote is an artist. She is very talented and has an amazing gift when it comes to esthetics. Both her and her staff are professional but they make you feel comfortable at the same time. Would and do highly recommend Dr. Cote.
MD Cote in Covington, specifically Tawnie, has changed my life. Not to be dramatic, but recently I lost a good amount of weight. While I felt great, I didn’t realize the effect it would have on my face. It was droopy, I had “jowls” and SEVERAL times a day, well-meaning coworkers would ask if I was sick, or tired. I had never known anyone that had any sort of cosmetic procedure done to their face, and I was only looking to see if something could be done about my severely drooping eyelid (I had actually been asked if I’d had a stroke). My self-confidence was at an all time low. In the lobby, I met Tawnie, and she explained some different options. I initially just did Botox around my eye area, and the weight of my eyelid did not bother me. Then, I did a few more injections which got rid of my jowls, and I look like “how I’m supposed to” look – not unnatural at all, and I have not been asked ONCE if I’m ok – sick or tired, etc. I just can’t thank Tawnie enough. She’s so honest and lovely and caring. I feel so much better and if you are wary like I was, just make an appt to talk to her. She goes at your pace and is not pushy – neither is any of the other staff I have met. You’ll love the office, the staff, and the little improvements. But what I can’t believe is the change in my self confidence, which has a direct correlation on every area on my life. Thank you MD Cote 🙂
This medical spa is so much more than cosmetic procedures. Everyone in the office welcomes you like family. Amanda is my esthetician and goes above and beyond making me comfortable and happy. She has a knack for picking up on bad days and making sure you are ok. Her skills as an esthetician are phenomenal. Tawnie handles my injections and ensures I am happy with my results. She educates her clients and makes sure everyone sees their natural beauty. I always leave MD Cote feeling more confident even if it was just a consultation. Regular visits for myB12 shot keeps me energized and gives me a reason to stop by and say HI!
This.Place.Is.Gold! I have had several services here, specifically injections from Dr. Cote herself & Tawnie! I am in love with my results, the education they provided me with during my service and post care. I have also had the fire and ice facial from Amanda and my skin felt amazing after! From the second you step in the door the reception area, waiting area are warm and friendly.They provide free consultations, what do you have to lose?! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any and all of the wonderful ladies there, I’ll be back y’all!
I just had a consultation with Tawnie today. She spent almost an hour with me going over all of my options and her recommendations based on my personal skin concerns. She made an effort to start the consultation positively by having me look in a mirror and talk about everything I love about my face. She really listened to me and what I was saying. I felt extremely informed when I left. Everyone was so positive and kind to me from the moment I walked in. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for an amazing experience!
I found Tawnie through Instagram and highly recommend her for your aesthetic needs. She has an incredibly useful background working in a plastic surgery office and keeps herself up to date on best practices and safety measures. She has the sweetest demeanor and helps her clients set realistic expectations. Tawnie has a keen eye and spends the time assessing and tweaking where needed for the best results. As a nurse, and hopefully soon-to-be- injector myself, she is one to definitely keep!
I was a non-believer of Botox, then Tawnie injected me and I have never looked back. Tawnie is a master at her trade! I come to Tawnie for subtle improvements in my face and I leave her office feeling refreshed and confident every time

Very disappointed and annoyed. Waited weeks for my botox appt…I show up with my son and the receptionist tells me “you’re going to have to reschedule, no kids allowed in injection room”. I asked if they had a sign posted in their office or online and she said “no”. Well how would we know this then???
Love the service and atmosphere here! I was so nervous as I have never seeked out this type of service before but Dr. Cote and her staff made me feel so comfortable & incorporated products to my daily regimen vs getting rid of what I already have helping me with cost! It’s been a month now and I am seeing great results!
