Whether it’s pricing, what to expect during treatment, or expectations for results, I never feel like there are unanswered questions. My results have always been spot-on and exactly what was promised!

Rachel is amazing! The entire staff is lovely and the services and products they offer really fit all skin and face needs. The environment is friendly, clean, uplifting and very professional.
I have been getting Botox for over a decade and Dr. Cote is the best! She is extremely informative and always answers any questions that I have about any new laser, product or procedure. I will never get Botox from any other doctor. Also, Lindsay is a wonderful Master Esthetician, and she does all of my lasers and facials. All of the staff are kind and considerate and make me feel 100% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else.
I’ve seen Tessa for diamond glow facials and laser hair removal a few times and she is the BEST! Great place and great team everyone is kind!
I’ve been pleased with the staff, communication, education, and services. I’m fairly new to MD Cote, but so far, both visits for various treatments have been smooth. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The establishment is top-notch. Prices are reasonable. It’s not the highest but not the lowest. Scheduling is reasonable. Happy customer so far.

Everything at MD Cote is top notch!!! The whole staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. I see Rachel for filler & Botox, she is by far the best to ever bless my face! Very skilled & makes sure you don’t look “overdone”, I’ve never been happier with my lips or Botox!! Jenna is the master at cool sculpting & I have done 3 sessions with her, she’s very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about cool sculpting so I knew exactly what to expect during the treatments and result wise. I always look forward to my appointments and enjoy every visit. I can’t remember the name of the girl who did my diamond glow facial but she was super sweet and my skin has never felt or looked so good! I really can’t say enough great things about this place! I love them all!! I highly recommend!!

Rachel is a master at Botox & injectable fillers.. I can’t recommend her enough. Not only is her work amazing, she is so kind, she makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend. I had my niece with me for my last visit & Rachel noticed her interest, invited her to come watch & explained what she was doing. I was so touched by her kindness! A week later, every time I look in the mirror I silently thank Rachel & my niece is inspired to pursue a career “like Rachel”.
MD Coté Medical Spa is a warm and friendly place in Maple Valley WA catering to ALL of your cosmetic needs! This is my 2nd visit and the salon is top-notch with a very friendly and professional staff. Had another HALO treatment, with Lyndsey, Lead Master Aesthetician. She is a perfectionist with a lot of experience with the procedure, expertly using the laser, who listens to her clients, and asks you throughout the treatment if you are doing OK and what she can do to make you more comfortable. That is very reassuring and keeps you relaxed. She ALWAYS does a great and careful job that yields great results. Thanks again, Lyndsey, and see you ALL in 2023!
