Great care and follow-up, wonderful staff and most of all, amazing results!
I am so happy with the results i obtained!! I’ve had botox a few times in the past years but it was my first time getting fillers and botox with Dr.Wortham and I am so impressed! He took his time to explain the entire process, i felt very comfortable and confident!! Dr Wortham and his team are amazing!! Found my new Dr.!!
I originally had a breast augmentation back in 2011 and Dr. Wortham and his team were fabulous back then and made me feel very safe and comfortable! Last month, I had an implant rupture so I called to make an appointment to fix it. They didn’t have an availability for a week so I made and appointment one week out. That afternoon, one of the front desk ladies called me back and said that she had mentioned me to Dr. Wortham, and he asked her to call me back and have me come in that day, anytime I could make it. Dr. Wortham and Margo were amazing, and moved other patient’s times around so they could get me in and fixed ASAP before the capsule itself closed up. They helped me locate all of my information with my warranty and helped me make all of the right decisions. He gave me the option to just fix the one implant, or replace both since it had been 8-9 years. Also an option to go bigger or smaller. He never pressured me either way, just kept saying it was up to me and wanted me to do whatever made me feel happy. My whole experience with Cosmetic Surgical Arts throughout the last 9 years has always been nothing but wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wortham and his staff. Thanks you guys <3

I have been coming to see Dr. Wortham for a number of years for fillers and have always had a very natural result. So when I was contemplating a neck lift, I knew I wanted Dr. Wortham to do my surgery because I felt confident that I would not look “done”. The receptionist was welcoming and the clinical staff was professional-I never felt intimidated-I always felt comfortable with the entire office. All of my questions where answered. My results are perfect, I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Dr. Wortham to anyone!
Don Wortham has been a blessing to me (and my wife) over the years. Five surgeries! (Not all at once). Don is not ‘just’ a cosmetic surgeon but an ENT. He tightened my throat with a unique hot needle surgery and really reduced my snoring (ask my wife). He has helped me with some odd skin growths and done stem cell repair on my knees which keeps me going at 68. I have nothing but good things to say about Don and his bright mind and surgical efficiencies. He is a winner.

My experience with Dr. Wortham has been such a positive one. I found him to be a very caring and empathetic doctor, concerned only with helping you in any way he can, along with his very competent staff. I had a very serious issue and he helped turn my life around. He listened and looked into my eyes, which very few doctors do these days. I couldn’t be more pleased!
I had an incredible experience here with Dr. Wortham and his staff. I was in a scary place myself as I had what seemed to have happen overnight a hardening of my implant. I had breast implants placed four years earlier by another doctor who and since retired and his practice was gone. I was left nervous and unsure of what was going on inside of my breast tissue and not sure what to do. I began to research doctors and found Dr. Wortham. At my initial consultation I discovered that I had what was called “capsule contracture” which is scar tissue forming around the implant. Dr. Wortham assured me that everything was going to be ok and very carefully gave me all my options. I spent at least an hour in the office along with his nurse who was also a wealth of information and comfort. It was so wonderful to find a doctor who was listening to my concerns and giving me his honest time and answers. The care I received before, during and after was amazing. The nurses are a real gift to this practice also giving genuine care and concern for my well being. I also received 24 hour contact direct with Dr. Wortham if I needed anything all. I am so very pleased with my final results, I am truly truly happy
Over the past 14 years I have had liposuction, a facelift, blepharoplasty and laser resurfacing done by Dr. Wortham. He is a real perfectionist and I have been very happy with each surgery. With each procedure he spent a lot of time going over the surgery process so that I would know what the recovery was going to be like and what to expect. He is very direct and realistic in outcome expectations. I feel like he goes overboard in spending time with patients so that any problems or complications can be avoided. I had follow ups the next day, one week, one month and 6 months later. His staff is always very pleasant and helpful in answering any questions I might have. Dr. Wortham is an excellent and very detailed surgeon. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that is easier to understand. He doesn’t give you unrealistic expectations or promises. His staff are helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly Recommend!! I’ve gone in to see Dr. Wortham and his staff several times not only for consults, but also for Xeomin injections and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. I’m in the medical field and I’m also a perfectionist, so to say I have high expectations may be an understatement. During my consultations Dr. Wortham made me feel very comfortable, he was respectful and knowledgeable. He was sure to take the time to not only explain the procedures to me, but to also go over the possible risks, expected outcomes, and to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. On the day of my surgery I was incredibly nervous going in, but Kellyanne at the front desk was so sweet and chatted with me to calm my nerves. The RN’s were wonderful, they walked me through all of my medications and post-op instructions to make sure I understood everything and helped to put my mind at ease. The anesthesiologist did an excellent job going over my medical history, she was very friendly, and her IV placement was painless. Dr. Wortham called me the night after my surgery and the next few days to see how I was doing and to answer any questions I had. And the best part- my eyes look amazing!! Before they were puffy and tired looking and now I look better when I wake up first thing in the morning than I ever did on my best day with makeup before my surgery. I can honestly say that from consultation to post-op appointments I am very impressed with Dr. Wortham and his staff and highly recommend Cosmetic Surgical Arts Center.
Dr. Wortham did a breast augmentation on me. He took a great deal of time to discuss my insecurities, and explained in great detail, what he could do to enhance my breasts so they would fit my physique and would be in proportion, with my body. He went over in great detail on what he was going to do and made me feel very comfortable about taking this step and doing this surgery.
True to his word, I had fantastic results. Dr. Wortham is a truly gifted doctor. I would describe him as professional, skilled, and compassionate. Him and his staff make you feel very comfortable and make it fun.
His work had such an impact on my life. It even gave me the confidence again and feel great about myself 😀 I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I chose Dr. Wortham for my facelift over a decade ago, with outstanding, long lasting results. I’d consulted 4 surgeons. Dr Wortham stood out.
1. The before/after notebooks showed consistent quality and a keen eye for natural but very significant results.
2. Clinic: Pricing was very competitive, but IS’NT a surgical mill which cuts prices by economy of scale: many patients on operating days, with a rigid protocol and cookie cutter, generic approach. The staff & Dr. Wortham see and treat you as an individual. Impeccably hygienic theatre, respectful and well- organized staff.
3. Dr Wortham’s technical ability is informed by experience and a keen eye for balance. I was prepared to spend more than I did. His focus was to get the best result, not necessarily the most invasive or expensive. I remain very grateful to him; I got very significant, pleasing natural results, with minimal scarring, not an artificial, slightly drawn look or that slight hint of oddness which, I suspect, results from either not working w the patients anatomy.
4. In response to the negative comment regarding Dr. Wortham’s demeanour,; he can be authoritative and direct: those are desirable qualities in any surgeon..

I did not know what a skillful -I will say Cosmetic Artist he guided me and
I learned so much everytime i saw him.His knowledge of up and coming
new procedures and products as soon as they were out.I have trusted him
even when I was a bit nervous.He guided me through each time! I have always been so happy with his knowledge! I have not gone to a new doctor since!.If you want a professional-he and his team are who I look to!! I hope we have many more years together!

I visited Dr Wortham through a Groupon. I was very hesitant as I’ve never had any procedures in the past so it was all new to me. I was especially hesitant due to using a groupon! Thought I would get an in and out treatment with no care shown due to a cheap price for a small amount of Botox. But I found quite the opposite! Dr. Wortham was very detailed about the procedure and answered many questions about several other procedures I was curious about . He was very personable and funny, which made me feel so comfortable about the decisions and procedures I had chosen to do, in addition to my groupon deal.
I have to say that the pain from the injections was a bit more severe than I expected but Dr. Wortham joked back and forth with his assistant which took my mind off of the needles going in!
I had s truly great experience and will definitely come back for future procedures due to his personality, knowledge and credentials!
And I didn’t have to wait at all like another review mentioned.

Dr. Wortham is great. He takes the time with you and explains everything. I appreciate the the fact that he doesn’t rush you out if you have questions. He is a great surgeon and I highly recommend him. I had a tummy tuck about 5 years ago and I still love it! Him and his staff are amazing!
