I had my first appointment yesterday with Emily, she is so personable and easy going! She made my brows look amazing and I have my future appointments already set up. Also they have some of the cutest clothes & accessories in their boutique!
Emily was fantastic to work with. Very polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable. Estetica is a lovely place to shop with very courteous staff.
I love Estetica! Emily is my go to for getting my brows done. She’s amazing and so sweet. They have a super cute boutique, several fantastic options for skin care (I use Jan Marini now thanks to this spa) and they don’t push on any products which I think is incredible as most spas really push product sales.
My most favorite spa! The staff is well trained, products are top of the line, with a beyond exceptional service menu. My go to is the Jan Marini Hydrafacial! Thank you Estetica for always offering your guests the absolute best!
Estetica is one of my most favorite places to go! The boutique has the cutest stuff; from stickers to clothing to hair ties and shoes! Not to mention the sweet boutique staff ❤️ I regularly visit Ashleigh to have my eyebrows done! She never disappoints (and I’m picky about my eyebrows!) they have lots of services to offer and at the best prices!
Super relaxing and super nice lady I had doing my facial. They gave me water to drink and there are nice heated beds.

The boutique is one of my favorite places to shop! They offer high quality clothing that you don’t find at other stores. The girls are always so helpful while I’m shopping and have even went in the back and offered me new items they hadn’t put out yet, just to assure I was able to leave with something I was looking for. They are all very educated about all of the spa products they sell, and have a product and/or treatment for any possible need!
I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars at Estetica and was a big supporter, but as time has gone on I’ve grown rather disappointed. I have sensitive skin, the gal that did my facial was absolutely wonderful, but she tried to upsell me on some of their skin products and assured me if I had a reaction I could return it and get my money back. Well, that’s NOT the case. I went in today to return the product and was denied my money back and was told by the owner I could only receive an instore credit. Even after explaining the situation, the owner could have cared less that I was told one thing by her staff. She was unsympathetic that I was having a reaction to their product. She shrugged it off, said shed note it in my file and gave me an instore credit. SO…..Just know if you get the upsell after a facial and buy their expensive products and it doesn’t do well with your skin you are out your money.
Taylor is excellent and works well with my 10 year old daughter. Makes her feel comfortable and is very helpful with all questions we have. We both love Taylor and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter in Taylor’s hands.
By far the best place in town for lashes and waxes! 10/10 would recommend 🙂
Just walking in the doors I felt peaceful. I’ve been coming for a couple years. It has become my second home. Now that the front is a super quality/trendy boutique! It is the only place I buy my clothing and accessories. I love buying locally but, wow the girls know how to find specialty items no other place has. The hats that I picked up and the purses no one in town will have because they usually only order one! The earrings that I own now are one of a kind in this town. Between all the girls they have gotten my skin care routine on track and I haven’t had any acne or break out! The waxing is fast and pleasant… Well as pleasant as it Can be. 🙂 There is a private pedicure room, with Aveda aromas and candles! Sit and soak while I float up to heaven with a wonderful massage. Thank you ladies for bringing this spa and boutique to Longview . Ps the only Aveda you would find around this area!!! ❤️
First impression… this spa is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and smells great!! 2 very important requirements for me. The boutique is charming with several different selections to choose from, shoes, jewelry, clothing, fragrance. Front desk staff attentive and friendly but not overly so. After checking in for my appointment time, I was asked if I would like a complimentary mimosa..why yes thank you!! Another important requirement for me is punctuality, and Lexi my Esthetician was right on time, polite and professional. She explained the service and gave me privacy to get settled. Once we started the service I was putty in her hands. I even fell asleep! I felt that comfortable! My skin felt so rejuvenated and soft. I can’t wait to go back and try the other services this spa and Lexi has to offer!! 5 STAR ⭐️
My wife and I enjoy our spa dates. This is the only place I get her birthday and Christmas gifts. I go to the front desk and the ladies help me pick, then they wrap it fancy. The best service, superb experience every visit. She wouldn’t go anywhere else for waxing and facials.
They cancelled my appointment for today with out letting me know. They also canceled my August appointment. I guess they don’t want me as a client. Save your money and go elsewhere. Found another place at half the cost down the road.
Shelley does an excellent pedicure. But with the price increase by management, and being far above the local price, I have decided not to use their spa any longer for myself.
