Thanks so much. Got Botox a week ago, and I know how botox and I get along. At one week out, I could see that I needed a bit of a touch up in my problem areas. I was accommodated within 24 hours after calling. You all rock.
I love FACE, and all the people I have ever worked with or encountered. I had Botox from Brittany, and I love her. She is so welcoming and flexible with my schedule. She made me feel comfortable, and she really listened to what I wanted.
I absolutely love this place. One of the best things I’ve ever done was to get serious about my skincare, and Sarah Hamilton Face makes the process so easy. The staff are experts and will recommend products and treatments specifically tailored to your skin; after all, no two faces are the same! I LOVE this place!! It’s so beautiful inside and their staff is so sweet, kind, and genuine. I had been going to another place for years and grew unhappy with my provider. Ashley took the time to listen to what I wanted and some of my concerns and made it happen. I am so happy and feel beautiful. I highly recommend Ashley. She is lovely!! ❤️
Welp, it’s been a few weeks and this review is overdue! I love the Sarah Hamilton practice and my particular lovely experience with Liz and Marae as well as the front reception staff at the CDA location. Liz is a nurse practitioner who has treated me with such transparency and care. She really wants the best for my skin. Indeed,…everyone there wants your skin to be pretty and healthy. She is gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and FUNNY! She is SO FUNNY! I love that she is ALSO a similar Asian ethnicity as me because she understands the terrible predicament that Asian skin has with the tendency to form hyperpigmentation. My skin has indeed improved in texture and clarity since I have been going there. I have gotten three appointments there so far and I cannot wait for my 3rd pico appt where Liz is sure to apply her expertise to me. I have never in my life gotten any kind of professional skin care like this except for when I was in college I had to take Accutane. I have had two facials in my life in a spa setting. The next shoutout goes to Merae who is a facial expert at the CDA location and who did my hydrafacial. What I love about Merae is that she incorporated a lot of whole-health elements and education into her time with me. I joined the Our Breath Collective and I admit I didn’t know I didn’t know how to breathe. I am hoping to try the Gua Sha facial at some point with her. The product line up is stellar as well. I am 42 years old and I waited very long to take really good care of my skin outside sephora and drugstore products. It’s time! Thank you SHF~
I have been to see Amber in Liberty Lake and Jessica in Coeur d’Alene, both women are amazing; they are warm, friendly, and so knowledgeable on skincare. The locations are equally comfortable and beautiful. I want to call Amber out specifically for those with difficult acne-prone skin, I have referred friends with PCOS to her and she has an amazing understanding and non-judgmental approach to treating textured and scarred skin! She is absolutely lovely and has completely transformed my skin. Thank you Amber!

Ashley’s a lifesaver😊 I get Diva about every 6 months so I can run trails without having to make a pit stop. It helps so much. I would recommend this Tx to anyone who has urinary issues, it’s really helped me. SHF is very welcoming and the ppl are lovely.❤️
The staff is friendly and the setting is relaxing and welcoming. Lorilee is amazing. She is personable while at the same time professional and skilled. She patiently answered all my questions. Would highly recommend if you are considering this path.

Liz is the best for lips! She always listens to what I want and is great in helping me understand all my options, has a super light touch I hardly feel anything and I am NOT good with needles, I’ve gone to 3 different injectors and the shape she creates is unbeatable, not to mention she’s such a pleasant person to be around ❤️
