Lauren led a great presentation/session on Zoom last night. This was a nice check in and reset. A mixed group of new and ongoing program attendees chose to be on the video and blank out screens. Either way worked well to gather useful insights. I encourage others to check the next session out!

I found sound medical a little over 3 years ago. I was in bad shape and I needed help. Meeting Dr. James and her staff was one of the best things i could have ever done for myself. They have educated me and supported me through this whole process. Once a month I commute from kitsap county and talk about ups and downs, and tools to keep me on the right path. I have never felt judged or like a failure when things weren’t going right. She and her staff have taken the time to get to know me. She made a plan that is realistic of my life style, she holds me accountable, and listens to what my needs are. She even let me continue to eat my chips and salsa ( inside joke). Her and her staff are worth the commute and my time. The program is challenging at first but being mentally prepared and with the support of everyone at Sound medical, I have been successful and happy with my results.
