Great overall experience and environment! Definitely recommend!
Didn’t particularly feel very comfortable here as a first timer. Generally on consult alone just felt intimidated by the staff whom didn’t feel professional- I didn’t feel like the lady listened to my concerns because every bit if advice was like a rebuttal to upsell me treatments as if she were rather a salesperson. I don’t even believe she was any practicioner because she did not seem to have any knowledge of ingredients in cosmetics generally and instead kept trying to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of more prestigious products which technically have the same ingredients a person could get OTC, however more or less, did not enlighten me in a way I could feel confident in trusting my myself to this clinic.
I don’t normally write reviews so a company either has to be really bad or really good to even get me to think about doing it. I have to say, Skintegrity has exceeded my expectations every time and I couldn’t really be happier, and their exterior sign is great so you can’t miss them. My friends suggested I go there and I’m sure they will probably end up doing this too because they love it. Anyway, everyone on the staff is extremely nice and they know you by name when you walk in the door. My skin looks better than I thought possible, they aren’t the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay more and be happy than go cheap and be unhappy and bothered every time I go to buy something else. I’ve never been pressured to buy anything and I was given really good information about my skin. If you are looking for a medical spa I can’t imagine anyone regretting going there.

Great customer service, and my IPL rocked! I believe it was Tiera (?) who wielded the laser with expertise. Super thorough. I traveled from Whidbey Island, and it was well worth my time. Dr. Ward also took her time with me, prior to my treatment, to make sure I was a proper candidate. She knows her “stuff.” Highly recommended!
What a fantastic experience! I had my first ever facial here and the whole process was wonderful. The lobby and rooms were sparkly clean and beautifully styled. Even though they had precautions set for covid, I still felt like it was a regular spa day and at no point felt unsafe.
Tiera was a wonderful professional who walked me through the entire experience from start to finish and made me feel right at home! Sarah was also incredible and took the time to explain options laser hair removal.
What struck me most about my visit was that at no point did I feel like I was being oversold products or services. Tiera asked me about products I use and recommended things for me based on my skincare needs but she never pressured me or forced products on me. Sarah as well gave direct and fair pricing for services and guided me based on my expressed needs.
10/10 would recommend Skintegrity and have already scheduled to come back 🙂
I have been going to Skintegrity for over a year now and they always take great care of my skin . I couldn’t be happier with the way my skin looks . Thank you Skintegrity Med spa. All of you make my time spent there great in your own way .
I was at Starbuck’s one day and overheard two women talking about how great their skin looked and how fantastic Skintegrity was so I made a mental note, did an internet search, and made an appointment. The spa is very comfortable and clean and the staff is excellent, they make you feel comfortable and you can just tell how much they care about you and your skin. My skin looks fantastic and they definitely didn’t disappoint, I wish I could thank those women and you will too!
Came to Skintegrity to get a peel and I loved it! Right when I walked in, I was greeted, signed some paperwork, and went in with the tech. Tiera was super funny and answered anything that I had asked her about the treatment/other treatments. She told me that after a couple days I should see results and I definitely did! Highly recommend Skintegrity for your skincare needs.
Wow. Spectacular spa. I just moved to Seattle and I lucked out finding this place right off. I did a little calling around , this was the only place that seemed knowledgeable and even seemed to know what the laser I was calling about was. They didn’t have it, but knew of it and after talking with the consultant, I was impressed me enough to want to come in. So glad I did. The spa was really clean , the whole staff was knowledgeable and so down to earth . I really felt good when I left and after my skin analysis with a complimentary little mask they put on my face, my skin feels pretty good too. 🙂 I will be back , thank you Skinintegrity can’t wait for my next visit.
Just a heads up, I wouldn’t send anyone here. I worked for them for a while, but they were breaking every rule they could so I left. They reuse needles, bloody sponges, the husband wears scrubs to look like he has a medical background, and they have a doctor named Rex who got his license revoked in Washington giving some of their patients injections. This spa is all talk and only dangerous actions. Any esthetician that works here is in danger of losing their license.
