So I went to skintegrity about a year-and-a-half
ago after a friend had told me about them and said that they offered a service that I was interested in.
I had a situation that was really embarrassing to me and kind of hard for me to come to grips with which was I was starting to lose my hair …a lot of it. I just wasn’t ready to do the bald look or you know keeping it short all the time so I went to the salon and immediately they made me feel welcome at home like I was talking to friends. I decided I was going to do the micro needling. It was a bit uncomfortable but the procedure wasn’t terrible . Anyways three treatments in I have got my hair back and I could not be any happier with the results I can only imagine what 3 more treatment s will look like.
I’m really glad that I chose skintegrity to do this because there service was awesome.
Since the first treatment I’ve come back for other things like face peels and foot detoxes and I just love this place I don’t go anywhere else anymore.
I ve recommended skintegrity to all my friends and family. Thanks you guys!

Giving this place 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I scheduled a consultation for 10AM today. They confirmed my appt by text, in which they misspelled my name. I advised in response I would be there as scheduled. They recommend new patients arrive early. I arrived at 9:50. Their office was not open yet. Two women showed up at 9:55 who didn’t remember the door code and had to fumble around awkwardly until they could get it open. I smiled and said hello. Then, one of them said “I assume you aren’t just standing here randomly. Are you here for an appointment?” They let me in. It took them a few mins to get the office opened up (which is fine, but still surprising a medical office is not open before 10AM on a Friday morning especially when they allow customers to book appointments online before 10AM). I filled out initial paperwork that took 10 mins. I then proceeded to sit and wait another 20 mins while they served other customer who arrived after me.
I asked the receptionist if she needs to reschedule and reminded her that I’ve been waiting over 20 mins. She said she would ask someone (which she did not do promptly). Another person came out, said the person I was supposed to be seeing was busy but she could try to help me and see what I wanted (really, this what she said). I told them I would go to another clinic and walked out.
I usually work 12+ hour days weekdays, and weekends. I am finally setting aside some time to do some things for myself and it is unbelievably frustrating and disappointing that the MedSpa I chose does not value my business enough to conduct themselves in a professional and reasonably prompt manner.
New clients have to be a priority for a business to succeed. If my clients waited over 20 mins to meet with me, they would go elsewhere also and my practice would fail. A lack of courtesy and respect for clients’ time typically translates to poor service overall and speaks volumes about the quality of services provided by this facility. There are plenty of other perfectly capable MedSpa’s in Kirkland. I do not expect Skintegrity will be in business for long unless they make a concerted effort to function in a way that is commensurate with a professional medical office.
I am so happy with result
The staff here are pushy salespeople. Makes for a very tense experience. I bought the Groupon to try IPL. First visit, they pushed me to by $1k more worth of services and products (before I’d even had anything done!) saying it was a limited deal. I’m glad I didn’t buy anything because after the second visit, I left with squirrel cheeks for two days (so embarrassing!). Makes me wonder how qualified the technicians are.
Over all- I don’t recommend this place. Your concerns and safety won’t feel like their highest priority because your money is.
This place is fantastic!! Tiera was sooo attentive and professional, I let her know this was my first chemical peel and she was so gentle with me. I look forward to going back 🙂
Tiera is AWESOME! She has been my laser technician and I have seen some excellent results–it has made me more confident and happy with my body. Sarah is excellent and always willing to make sure the clients are happy–she checks in with me and tells me about various services they offer. I keep buying a laser package and then deciding I want another area, and then another, and now I am very comfortable with the procedure and the laser (I prefer the Palomar). I have recommended people here who have also seen results. Thanks, ya’ll!
Skintegrity is absolutely awesome!!! Everyone who works there from the front desk girl to the owners to the technicians are incredibly professional. After I went to another lasering clinic in Bellevue where the owner mocked me for showing pain when she was testing the lasers, I knew I needed to find another place. I was overjoyed when I went to Skintegrity, who showed me nothing but love, empathy and compassion!
When I had a bad experience with one of their doctors they QUICKLY rectified the situation beyond what I’d even hoped for!! Whenever I am concerned about my lasering treatment and the effects, the owner gets right back to me instantly trying to assure me we are still on the right track and not to worry. I really, really appreciate their RAPID communication, empathy and attitude here. Communication to me is key and when people are slow to communicate, negative, lack empathy or show indifference, it is a HUGE, HUGE turnoff!! Thank you Skintegrity for all your help!
My daughter and I have been here several times and it is just excellent. The ambiance is trendy and relaxing which is sort of a contradiction and I love it. It isn’t boring like a doctors office because they have neat music playing but everything is really clean like one. The owners are young and really kind and the staff is very experienced and kind as well. The other thing that stands out to me is they always offer me water when i come in the door, and I have to say, every time they give me a new really expensive branded water. Now I actually wonder what kind they will give us this time! Anyway, they do great work and have really expensive technology and their water is fantastic as well!! It is a no brainer with them, I definitely recommend them! Oh, and my skin looks better than it has for 15 years probably, maybe longer.

I purchased my boyfriend Laser Hair Removal for his neck. He has horrible ingrown hairs. He has had 2 treatments so far and already it’s improved and he is thrilled with his results! So I decided to do my full legs, have had only 1 treatment and already I have seen an amazing difference!! We have had both Adriana and Tiera for our services and it has been incredible. They both explained the whole process to alleviate any fears or questions and they both seem very professional and knowledgeable. I also recently signed up for a treatment plan to remove my sun spots and I cannot wait to see the results from that as well!!!
Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. good location and street parking usually available easily during the day. Enjoy coming here and would not hesitate to recommend Skintegrity to a friend

I am so happy I found this place . Everyone is super friendly staff , Nice atmosphere , and I have only seen positive changes in my skin since going there for the last 6 months . I highly recommend going there . I have seen Kelli and Brandy and both of them were so welcoming , knowledgable and I can tell they are passionate about giving me the best treatments.
My experience at skintegrity was more than amazing. They instantly made me feel comfortable and even gave me a tour of the spa. I went in for a micro needling session that I bought for a great price off groupon. The session was with brandy, she made sure to go through all the steps involved and continuously made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable or in a lot of pain. She told me what to realistically expect and informed me of some treatments that would give me even better results. I ended up buying a fraxel laser package for (not gonna lie) a looot of money, and I can honestly say I am sooo happy about it. They gave me so much information and even their personal results from the procedure, that it made me feel so positive about making the purchase. I am really excited that I found such great people to help me on my path to better skin.
I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage there and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. I would recommend this spa if you desire a quality and relaxing massage. I intend on going back and may try their other services.
