I’ve done a little bit of everything at Refine MD and love the results! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every month I do microneedling with Susie and a then a facial with Lani. Every 6 weeks or so I have a lash lift with Lisa! Everyone is great!
Actually, I can’t say enough good things about Lisa. She is really great. Knowledgeable, kind, very professional, personable, empathetic and very sweet. I highly recommend her.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mac for years now and he dose amazing work. I always leave satisfied with my lip filler and wonder why I didn’t come in sooner lol. He’s experienced, precise, listens to you, and is a joy to be around. As well as his assistant Stacy love both of them.

Their Patient Care Coordinator, Angela is who referred me. She is amazing at her job, she’s dialed in and detailed when it comes to patients’ needs/wants/concerns. Will always come back to Refine!
By far the most relaxing service I have ever experienced. 90 minute facial and massage. I feel like I was floating on a cloud. I didn’t want it to end. Lani is so gentle, knowledgeable, caring and quite. I know that this is just the beginning of a new relationship with the extended 90 minute experience.

I’m absolutely thrilled to have found Refine! Everyone there is welcoming, friendly, and kind. I had my consultation and Botox with Dr. McIntosh, and a week later, returned for Sofwave with Master Esthetician Lani. Both experiences were wonderful! Both Dr. McIntosh and Lani are passionate about their work, share their extensive knowledge freely, and go out of their way to make the client feel comfortable and at ease, like an old friend. I honestly look forward to going back.
Got my first Botox treatment here today. Dr. McIntosh is very knowledgeable about everything related to skincare. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful, I will no doubt return for many more treatments in the future.
I have been going to Dr M for about 8 years plus, specifically for botox and lip filler. I drive the 35 minutes across the bridge traffic as his work is impeccable. I travel quite a bit and randomly have tried other referrals in NYC, LA and PHX – none come close to the great work. Plus the entire staff is so nice and helpful (lots of moving appts with me). Not enough stars to rate the overall experience, and more importantly results!!

Susie has helped heal my scars after a dog bite through Microneedling and she now does my laser hair removal. She is so knowledgeable and kind! I just went to Sandy for my first Botox experience and she answered the many questions I had and helped me feel more relaxed. I recommend this office to all of my friends!
How do you know you’ve found the right surgeon, team, and facility? I knew when I felt everyone’s great energy, positive attitude, and welcoming environment. Dr. McIntosh is friendly, funny, empathetic, and focused. Within minutes of meeting him, I knew he was the perfect fit. Trusting your surgeon is extremely important, rather than just shopping the cheapest price. You want to trust you are in good hands, with a good supportive team looking out for you every step of the way.
As far as the procedure, I had a gynecomastia surgery to remove some lumps under my nipples that had been there for a long time. I had wanted to get it done for over the past 10 years and I only wish I would have found Refine/Dr. McIntosh and done it sooner. As a former bodybuilder, aesthetics and outcome of the procedure were my top priority; Dr. McIntosh is a sculptor who clearly has mastered his craft. He went above and beyond to make sure I was ecstatic with the result. The staff, especially Angela, was there answering any of my many random (probably annoying lol) questions through my recovery, and that support is amazing knowing there’s always someone to reach out to. You are in the best care and they went above and beyond.
About 6 weeks post surgery and I am beyond happy with the result. Dr. McIntosh is absolute top tier, and that’s saying a lot because I’m a perfectionist. The recovery has been on track with what they told me. Been back in the gym, having great workouts, for about the past two weeks (only 4 weeks post op)! Feeling great, looking great! Couldn’t be happier with my choice of Dr. McIntosh and the Refine MD Northwest staff. I don’t write reviews, nor is there any incentive here for me to do so. I just want people to know if you are looking, look no further.

I went back to Refine Northwest to do just that, Refine. I was a patient in 2019 and since then I have had numerous spinal surgeries and then menopause hit me hard and I wanted Bryan to work on my back, flanks, arms and jowls. Also, with all my physical limitations exercise is difficult for me at best and I needed some refinement to get back to feeling and looking my best! The team at Refine NW has done just that, given me back the woman I know I am on the inside. If any other woman out there is considering getting liposuction or something else to help them feel like they want to, don’t hesitate. Best decision and best money I’ve spent on myself! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Refine Northwest. My fiancé and I are going in October for a bit of Botox before our wedding!
