So far I have had two tattoo removal sessions on my back. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have seen great results so far, my tattoo is very faded! I’m glad I found them, and if your looking into tattoo removal defidently shop around, but at least check them out, they are great!
I am the customer of this clinic for the past 10-ish years. Medical staff is competent, helpful and approachable. However, my experience with supporting staff is rather disappointing, especially accounting staff. I have received a threatening email from Diana Reise (with title “patient accounts”, and I assume accounts payable clerk) stating that if I don’t pay the outstanding balance of $45 “immediately” my account will be”turned to collection”. I called immediately and requested to talk to this person because I’d never received any statement or anything prior to this, not to say that the clinic has all my contact information on file. Apparently she was unavailable and I left a message requesting to call me back. Three days later I have not received any call but I got an email to the portal that I couldn’t open because my “email address is not valid”. I called the clinic again and a receptionist connected me with Diana Reise. Ms Reise appeared to be indifferent to my complaints about the treatment and threatening emails, she refused to give me her manager’s name and she finally hanged up on me. I called again, paid to the receptionist and asked for the manager’s name and she told me that she “thinks his name is Rick”, I asked for Rick to call me back and two days latter no one called. I’ve never been treated as a paying customer in this unprofessional, degrading and disrespectful manner. I am truly disappointed! I hope that management will read this and train the supporting staff appropriately. In the meantime I feel that this clinic is not customer centered and interested in professional customer service. This was very disturbing experience!

A doctor that knows what he is doing
For over 20 years, Dr. Voss has been my dermatologist. With every appointment, she makes me feel like she genuinely cares. She is a good listener, has a sense of humor, and is devoted to my well-being. She is a knowledgeable and talented expert in her field. There isn’t a better doctor.
I am truly grateful to have found Dr. Allegra and his wonderful team at Northwest Face. He did such a beautiful job and I am thrilled with my results. I always enjoy going to my appointments; the facility is beautiful, (right on Carillon Point), and Dr. Allegra and his staff are consistently warm, welcoming and thoughtful. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Allegra and Northwest Face. They are the best!!
I’ve seen both Dr’s Ummat and Voss. Both have given me excellent treatment along with
always leaving me understanding what’s happened and if necessary what’s next.
Both have a wonderful bedside manner, They explain everything understandably while showing real concern. They show that you’re not a number and that they’re here to help you.
I have and continue to recommend them, they are great doctors with a great support staff.
I know this sounds gushy but, they’ve earned it.
