Dr. Allegra and his staff are amazing. I love the lymphatic massages I’m getting in my recovery with Kyla & the other ladies.
Dr. Allegra is always very attentive and answers all my questions. Everything he has said would happen so far in my recovery is happening.

My visit for a facial peel was today and so far so good. The technician was very patient and thorough. I love that. She explained the entire process!

The person who picks up the phone so rude and unkind. so She made me not making an appoint in Kirkland office. If you are willing to work in customer service area, please try to be nice or kind. She definitely needs training on that.
At the Kirkland office, I had an awful experience and I advise you not to go there. They make people sign a non-disclosure saying that you cannot put reviews online and cannot sue-this cannot be legal. After numbing my lips up and unable to talk they asked me for payment. I was not aware of the fee after 1k upon making the appointment, I had been before to the Seattle office and not charged a cc fee so it was a surprise. All they needed to do was mention this when I called to schedule. I don’t carry around 1k+ in cash. I was doing my best unable to speak (numbing cream all over my lips) in the patient chair asking how much was the total and how much was the fee, so I could have paid down to under 1k, she did not know the total and she said the fee was $20. It was not $20 it was $60 which I found out after the transaction was complete. I called to tell the office about this experience and they said they would review it with the board. I find it quit unsettling a $40 fee dispute needs to be reviewed by a medical board?! Not to mention having to complete payment while in the procedure?! This is a small billing issue, no medical board needs to review it.
Dr A was very nice and had good bedside manner making me feel comfortable but he filled my lips uneven. I waited the 14 days to make sure. When I called back to have the mistake corrected I was told “you are not a good fit for our office and could not be scheduled”. I was dumbfound, I was not told this and I was coming in to have a mistake FIXED. It doesn’t matter if I am a good fit, the error needs to be corrected. I asked why and if I could speak to a manager. The front desk hung up on me then hung up again when I called back. Because I called in to discuss the billing issue after I was cancelled as a patient? Wow, instead of improving they just boot patients. No accountability and blaming the customer for poor practices, incorrect information. Their filler and Botox prices where not cheaper than anyone else, I strongly advise you to go somewhere else.
Turi Lucas is the best master esthetician ! She has mastered the skill of skin care. I cannot express enough gratitude for my post op care.
I had an amazing Radio frequency Microneedling experience at this place! The provider is very precise and professional. The provider took extra time to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed during my treatment. My whole face already looks glowy. The cost is very very reasonable! Every minute was worth it. If you are looking to get RF Microneedling don’t look any further. I am very pleased with my service. Going to recommend this place to everyone.
Kaitlyn RN does my Dysport injections and Restylane Fillers. She explains everything in full detail (even though I have gotten it done plenty of times lol) always makes sure I understand everything. She always asks me during the injections if I’m comfortable pain wise. Very empathetic, down to earth, personable and professional. Her attention to detail is second to none and wants to make sure I am satisfied with everything before leaving even though she has fully explained that full results won’t show until at least a week or more later. I could choose to see one the doctors there for the injections but my choice is Kaitlyn.
Not to add confusion to this review but I also had the pleasure of speaking with the other Caitlin who is at the front desk when I arrive for my appointment and when I leave. Very professional and kind. All around stellar staff. Thank you.
Kyla Walker is always giving me the best treatment and her spirit was always welcoming. She is an asset to this company please take care of her 😊 She is very knowledgeable on what she does and have a very jolly personality. I always picked her as my esthetician.
I went in on a Saturday for Botox. Kaitlyn was wonderful. So personable. She was very patient and a really listened to what I wanted.
I had no bruises and I bruise easily.
It was such a good experience, I went back on Tuesday for Restslyne Lyft. I am so pleased with the results. No bruising and minimal swelling and that’s because of the injector. I am not new to fillers, I am 57. I will be telling all my friends. And the icing on the cake… their prices are the best in the Seattle area. They list their prices right on the website.I appreciate transparency. The facility was very nice. The receptionist even offered me a cookie! GREAT experience! Thank you 😊
I had a great experience with Kaitlyn. She got me in right away. Kaitlyn is definitely experienced – no bruising and the injections were quick and fairly painless.
My experience with Dr. Allegra and staff was amazing from start to finish. He listens to everything I wanted and helped to decide what was the best for me. From the beginning to the end the staff was very professional and pleasant and I never felt rushed. I would recommend to other!!!

Dr Ludwig is a very good surgeon however he is also scamming everyone out of every bit of money he possibly can don’t pay attention to the prices they post because that is a lie we agreed and had an agreement with Dr Ludwig for a ruptured breast implant removal and replacement for $11,000 he sent me for an EKG on echocardiogram and a CBC complete blood count they backed out of the agreement because I called too many times to try to pay them I found a surgeon that did not require any of these items Dr Ludwig does not want to pay for what he asked me to do which I did once I paid for the echocardiogram $2,700 he backed out of the agreement because I called too many times on the day that I received the results to pay him and schedule a surgery date I was excited and happy that things were fine and good and that I could proceed I’ve had my surgery completed by another surgeon not related to Dr Ludwig but was just as good skills and I’m very happy with the results Dr Ludwig gaming people out of their money
