Warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The facial was so relaxing. Best ever had!
I went here for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed. Unfortunately, the outcome was terrible. My full thick eyebrows are now extremely thin and two total different shapes. The lady was so nice but the results are not acceptable. I did give three stars because when I called to let them know, Jamie was very apologetic and offered to try to fix them. I decided not to because at this point I’m going to have to grow them out. They did end up refunding me.
Horrible experience. I made an appointment over phone and I received a confirmation email as well. I drove in for my appointment only to find out that they didn’t have my name or reservation in the system. Not sure how I received an email confirmation. The lady who was there didn’t seem apologetic nor concerned. Worst customer experience to go through.
I’ve been going to MOD for over 3 years. I Love all the staff!!! Stephanie is my main gal.. She is Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable , funny, professional, on time. You will have a great experience with her and I highly recommend her for facials, and all the services she performs. You feel so pampered and the environment is so relaxing…
Fantastic treatments and wonderful people
This place is amazing!!!! I used to come here when it was a tanning place so it’s nice to see that the space has been taken over and used well. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is super clean! If you need a facial, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Christine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and soooooo sweet! Her personality and vibe are so down to earth and very kind. She’s patient with all my questions I ask about my skin and knows how to knock me out with the amazing facial massage. I’ve booked my next appointment with her and I can not wait!!!!!

I came in a couple weeks ago with terrible eye lash extensions.. the lady I went to before destroyed my natural eyelashes and hurt my eyes. I came into Mod skin and body and Stephanie saved them. She has the most gentle touch, and will personally sacrifice her time/breaks to make sure I have the results I want. Her work is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more greatful for how confident her work has made me. If you’re ever looking for someone that knows what their doing and is extraordinary at doing it this is the place! Thanks again Stephanie!
I had a rejuvenation facial and micro dermabrasion with Megan last week and she was amazing. So personal and professional and very good at what she does. Everyone who works here is so nice and truly cares about their clients. I am now a new customer.
The first time I went to MOD I was a little hesitant when I found out they were located in a strip mall but decided to give them a chance. When I walked in the door I forgot I was in a strip mall! It was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The services I received were amazing! It’s been almost 2 years since I walked through their doors for the first time and will never go anywhere else! I recommend MOD to all of my friends.
I have seen Clair three times, and my skin has done a 180. She is a genius!
UPDATE: I have been seeing Clair for regular facials for over a year – my skin has never looked this good. I also just started getting my lashes done there by Carrie, and they are amazing!! Highly recommend.

I just love this place. Customer service is amazing, always personable. I have received multiple services, but my favorite thing has to be my lash extensions. Carrie’s work is a work of art. Definitely the best of places I have frequented over the years.
My experience at MOD Spa was nothing short of amazing! The spa is extremely well kept and very comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and educated in product knowledge. I have already recommended to several friends to check the Spa out!
I recently had my eyebrows Microbladed by Clair, and I am so happy with my experience. It can be a very shocking/overwhelming experience for those who go from over tweezed eyebrows to full on eyebrows. Clair was very reassuring during the entire process and explained everything as we went. I can’t wait to go back for the 2nd part to get them perfected. Thanks Clair!
I have been coming to MOD for facials, waxing, massage and lashes ever since they opened. I have ALWAYS had the most amazing customer service. I recently decided to try lash extensions. Carrie- goes above and beyond my expectation each time I come in. She is gentle with my lashes and I end up falling asleep during the fill (which gives me a good hour nap.) Carrie has gone out of her way to make sure they are PERFECT each time. I highly recommend Carrie for extensions, always exactly what I want and never breaks my bank. Thank you Carrie!!!!
