  • Dr. Dick has been my “go to” dermatologist for several years. Whether it’s suspicious spots on my skin, eyelid dermatitis, or a special treatment to soften some facial wrinkles. She is so approachable and really listens. Also, her staff is top notch. Super friendly, and they provide superior follow-up.

  • Very clean and organized. Staff is great!

  • I have been seeing Dr. Dick for many years. She is an excellent physician. I have recommended her to many friends knowing that their dermatology needs will be met. The Madrona offices are very clean and staff very friendly! Dr. Dick does a thorough exam and treats skin issues quickly.

  • I had very bad experience at this place. When I said my hand get crack and dry. She said it is inframation and prescrive the medication. It is just dry hand.
So second time I mentioned about it. Dr. did not care and prescrive different madication. She dosenot listen and diagnose wrong.
Endup tother prevesure I had in medical condition, they charged as cosmetic. Now I am hadling with insurance company to strait up.
I do not recomend at all.

  • I had a really bad experince with this place recently. I was told my rash was an age spot and I just trusted the doctor and relaxed until my wife saw 20 more spots few months later behind my neck and were rapidly growing. I had to rush to urgent care and they told me the original spot and these look the same and recommonded me to a dermetologist (thankfully not this place again). The doctor there tested the spots and gave me the right cream that every spot was gone in 2 weeks.

They could have atlest tested my spots, instead were in a rush to say there is nothing. This costed me 2 extra doctor visits and 400 extra dollars. They even told me to google my other skin condition (which I usually do) but don’t expect doctor to tell me the same when I visit them without even properly taking a look or testing.

FYI, those were not age spots and an infection.Sorry I can’t trust this place or recommond others to.

  • Amazing clinic I saw Renata Jenkins and the first time my acne did get much better but we when back and she ended up making a custom prescription for me, which is pharmacy in Bellevue and I have been using that with a mix of adapalene and it has worked for 2 years now. She is a great doctor and I was recommended to her by someone who likes her and now have reccommened others who have be pleased which her, enough for me to write review.

  • I’ve had malignant melanoma removed – so I’m pretty particular about my screenings. I’m super appreciative of the excellent conservative care I receive from Dr. Dick. Great staff, excellent care, and a really nice office. My entire family sees her too. Can’t be more thrilled with Madrona Dermatology.

  • Dr. Dick is an amazing Dermatologist! My whole family are patients. I highly recommend her and her staff. Very GOOD!

  • Friendly, professional staff, amazing doctor. She’s personable, warm, and professional. Great experience! !

  • Too much California sunshine for me and Dr Dick has been very competent, always compassionate, gives excellent information about procedures etc. staff are friendly, helpful. I travel several hours to see her after moving out of the area to continue treatment with her. Have been referred by friends and have referred family and friends who also continue to saw her.

  • Fabulous staff (they did a lot of legwork collecting records and figuring out med issues), and Dr. Dick is such a wonderful dermatologist. Love this practice and their office. I felt like I was in great hands from beginning to end!

  • We liked Dr. Dick’s personality. However, her method of treatment did not work.
-She had to do 2 biopies on the same spot, as during the first one she did not go deep enough.
    -Expensive.
    – I was hugely surprised to see the prescription bill for 2 medications (cream/shampoo)- $833.83 (out of pocket) Dr. Dick assured us that our insurance would cover it, well she was wrong. Will have to sort this issue out with them.
    -Staff is ok.

Found her online, Harvard University seemed impressive…. -_-
Advice: keep looking for another dermatologist.

  • Office isn’t child-friendly, but Dr. Sarah Dick is professional and competent.
