I have had three kids and my body was not what it was before. I hated looking at myself in the mirror or even getting dressed. I reached out to yarrow and I was very impressed with the results as well as the staff. I would recommend Yarrow to anyone even thinking about it. I feel like myself again and it has changed my life. I am so happy. My dress before on bottom and after on top 🙂
I would recommend Yarrow Bay & Dr. Sarah McMillan to all my friends & family. It was the best experience & the office staff and nurses are nothing, but sweet and patient with you through the process. I can’t say enough amazing things about the experience during my procedure.
Prior to arrival YBPS did a wonderful job communicating their Covid regulations and guidelines. I felt as if my safety and comfort was a top priority for them.
I had an appointment with Yaicha and she performed a chemical peel on my face. More importantly the consultation aspect was priceless. She listened to what I had to say regarding my skin and then took the time to bring me along and educate me on the process. This resulted in Yaicha clearly explaining what solutions she could offer me for the problems that I had previously explained.

Dr. McMillan and her staff are truly remarkable. A little over a year, I had a breast reduction and lift through Yarrow Bay and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It truly makes me want to cry with happiness from the results. My mother had also worked with Sarah on her breast cancer surgery over 10 years ago and had the best experience. From the moment I started working with the staff, I felt so respected and cared for. The location and the environment is very spa like in feel, which is a great ambiance too! I highly recommend this place for skin care as well.

My experience was extremely comfortable. In fact, my only complaint is that Dr. MacMillan can’t be my regular doctor! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had as quickly as possible. I had to travel 2 and 1/2 hours for my surgery and all the pre and post op appointments, but do not regret it for a second as they were so accommodating. I look great, but but more importantly, I feel fantastic!
