I love coming to Yarrow Bay — it’s the perfect island of calm amidst a busy week. Yaicha has been my aesthetician for years, and she’s amazing. She’s patient, always fun to chat with, and so knowledgeable about any of my random skin questions. Seeing her for facials has helped make my skin look and feel great, and it was especially nice to come in for regular sessions before my wedding a few years ago. I’m so glad I found her and their lovely team and get to enjoy the Yarrow Bay spa experience!
I had my xeomin done by kari Erickson and I am obsessed!!!! First off I so appreciated how thoroughly she answered every one of my questions, and she made me feel so comfortable, not to mention I’m obsessed with the results!!!!!! Will be back for sure!!!!!
My IPL/ Photofacial was amazing. It lifted and removed sun spots on my face very well. The Master Esthetician Diane was wonderful! I would recommend this treatment and the clinic.
I have been seeing Yaicha for facials and now laser treatments since she became an aesthetician. This office is definitely my favorite!! The front desk is always friendly in person and over the phone and very helpful in scheduling. The office is always extremely clean and everyone seems to love to work there, it seems like most of the staff has been there for years so that tells me it’s a great place to work and it shows. I have only gotten spa services here so far but my friend recently got injections and she looks great very natural. Highly recommend Yarrow bay!
I recently visited the office for the first time, attending a Botox lunch, and I cannot say enough about the staff, atmosphere, and overall experience. I saw Kari for injections, and she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her job. She gave me valuable information on several different procedures offered, speaking firsthand. I will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend Yarrow Bay to others.

I have been going to this office for a few years now, to see their nurse injector, Kari. I drive up from Federal Way, because there’s no one I would trust more when it comes to my face. She does my Botox and lip filler, and she does wonderful things with them! She’s great at explaining things before the treatment, and does an excellent job of not over doing things- my lips look natural and not over filled, and my face has never looked over done with Botox. She takes her time with things, and makes sure to get things done just right. I highly, highly recommend going to see her!

I’ve been seeing Yaicha at Yarrow Bay for 3 years. It’s progressed from laser tattoo removal to laser hair removal, and now I’ve been seeing Dr. Liebertz and their nurse, Kari for injections. I can’t rave enough about this entire staff. We’ve built solid working relationships where I’d never trust anyone in the industry outside Yarrow Bay. The entire staff is warm, friendly, professional and truly welcome you at every visit. They give you real, honest options for the most natural results.
Over the last year I researched plastic surgeons, after reading so many reviews I found Dr. McMillan and Dr. Liebertz. I am so happy that I found these Doctors. I was very nervous but finally after a year of research, I finally made the appointment. When I walked in Katie was at the front desk I immediately felt welcomed. My visit with Dr. McMillan was for breast lift and to fix the appearance of a surgery that I had in 1990. You will find her professional, personable and feel right at ease. I am so happy with the results, very natural nothing over done. She is well trained and gifted at what she does I can not say enough about how happy I am. Dr. Liebertz did a nose tip reconstruction, and wow he is an artist. I am so so happy with the results. Such a natural improvement no one has noticed that I had the tip of my nose done. I look like me but better (if that makes any sense). I could not have made a better choice in a Doctor, he is really good. You feel comfortable right away, he is professional but you will feel like you have known each other longer. Thank you so much Dr. Liebertz for all your expertise.

I have been to this office multiple times and loved it more and more every single time! The staff is all so kind and helpful, they are very patient with each and every one of their patients and really want to help you get the best results you are looking for. Specifically Yaicha, she has been very tolerant with all of my questions and talks me through what she is doing throughout different procedures; you can tell she knows exactly what she is doing. And, the office is so cute with a great great view which is just a plus to the amazing nurses and doctors who work here. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving services from Yaicha, Dr. McMillian, Dr. Liebertz, and Kari over the past six years and each and every time, my experience has been 10-star! Services received include injectables, surgery, laser treatments, IPL photofacials and other spa procedures. I can’t say enough about how professional, yet warm and friendly this group is. Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery and Med Spa sets a very high bar when it comes to results and customer service.
The practice boasts a state-of-the art, well appointed office and spa. Beautiful furnishings; impeccably clean describes this practice. One consistent and beautiful touch are the fresh flower arrangements in the waiting/reception area. I’m told that the Patient Care Coordinator, Connie, arranges these bouquets. It’s a lovely touch.
And last, I love the specials offered throughout the year. I encourage you to try a service/procedure at Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery and Med Spa. You won’t be disappointed.

Over the past couple of years I have visited Yarrow Bay for both facials and peels. Every time I have visited my experience has been more than pleasurable. Beginning with the front desk staff, they are always so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Then to the actual treatment, Yaicha has preformed all of my facials and peels and I couldn’t be happier with the treatments. She is so sweet and always makes me feel so comfortable. Yarrow Bay uses top of the line products for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend their services to everyone! Great staff, superb services, and overall enjoyable experience!

My hairdresser referred me to Diane Oakley for a first-time IPL treatment. I was not sure what to expect – both from the overall experience as well as the results – but could not have expected the fabulous results that were achieved from just one session. Diane was personable, friendly and put me right at ease, making me feel like I was a regular on her table. She explained the process as she went along. As a result of Diane’s treatment, my face is glowing, my coworkers (I work in IT so discussing beauty is not common) have been complementing me on my skin and asking what I have done differently. If I were to explain the results, Diane diminished major sun spots, cleared some red patches/scars and smoothed out the massive amounts of freckles on my chest. I am amazed that one, painless treatment could yield such noticeable results – all at very reasonable prices. I am trying to get my best friend to go back in with me for more, cant wait to see what another session will provide, especially now that Diane knows my skin and how it reacts. THANK YOU!
