I have seen Yaicha a few times to remove the dark age spots on my face and I love it! She is very informative on the what she is doing and why. In my first treatment I had great results.
My wife also had surgery with Dr. McMillan. She made her feel comfortable and put her at ease every step of the way. Doctor McMillan was very informative starting in the consult all the way to day of surgery. She sets realistic expectations, gives thorough instructions and has great bedside manner.
I started going to Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery to see Yaicha for laser hair removal. I saw great result in just a few treatments, which is something I didn’t see from my other center. I recently saw Diane for laser hair removal. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciated her insight. I have added more areas of laser with Diane and I am very pleased.
Dr. Liebertz has done some filler and Botox and I love the results. I highly recommend this office!
I had severe neck and shoulder pain over a two year period due to a car accident and carrying heavy items over a three week period of time. Physical therapy did not help. I did not want to go on pain medication and muscle relaxants indefinitely. As a last resort, my primary care provider suggested that perhaps a breast reduction might help. I went to see Dr McMillan and had the procedure. Within a week or two the neck and shoulder pain was gone. An added benefit was that my breasts also looked great.
I recently had my yearly mammogram done and the technician commented that my breasts looked outstanding. She said that sees many post op results of breast surgeries and that mine was among, if not the best, she has seen in her many years of doing mammograms. She went on to ask for the name of the doctor who had performed the surgery so she could pass on her name to patients who want a reduction, enhancement or other breast related surgery.
Dr McMillian is an outstanding and caring surgeon. Her office staff and nurses were professional, precise, took very good care of me, answered all questions and made sure my pre and post op experience was flawless. I am a registered nurse and know when I am in the presence of a good/excellent surgeon and nursing care. And I can, without hesitation, say I had the very best.
I had an amazing experience getting my lashes done by Yaicha! Her, and all of the other employees are very friendly! Not to mention the office is beautiful!
Going to a doctors office can be uncomfortable at times, but Dr. McMillan and her staff do an amazing job at making the environment relaxing when I’m there. Everything about the experience has been awesome from the moment I walked through the door. Yaicha has done an excellent job at removing my unsightly back hair (who knew the hair on my head would thin and regrow on my back) and my tattoo….I was 19, super drunk, and in Hong Kong long story but now I’m stuck with this thing. My irresponsibility has left me with the decision to cover it with another tattoo or have it removed. I chose to have it removed. Yaicha does a really good job at explaining the removal process and is really good at what she does. I have referred many friends to Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery for everything they offer, and will continue to do so.

I recently had an IPL treatment with Diane, and was more than pleased with the results! She was professional yet compassionate during the entire procedure. The experience was much more comfortable than I had anticipated. She really listened to my concerns to give me the results I was hoping for. Her expertise, along with her kind spirit has made me a fan, and I will definitely go back for additional treatments!
The staff is incredibly patient and friendly. They helped keep me at ease during the whole process. Dr. McMillan was wonderful to work with and very realistic with what could be done after 2 pregnancies (both 60+ pound weight gains and loss) and long term breastfeeding. Dr. McMillan is incredibly cautious and thorough- especially when it came to my MS and making sure my neurologist was informed and agreed that the procedure wouldn’t be a problem for my health. I’m about 5 months post op. Love my results! Haven’t had a single issue.
I have had amazing experiences each time I go to Yaicha in the Spa for help with skincare. For the past 4-5 years, I have had treatments such as facials done and recognize what a positive change they have made to my skin. The location and office itself is beautiful, not to mention, very friendly staff. I look forward to my next visit!

The dr did not listen to what I wanted. I’m not happy with my results (as I said a C cup and I’m now a DD!) but to fix it, will cost me more. My scars are terrible and crooked.
Dr. McMillan and her team are wonderful! I had a very pleasant experience and am thrilled with my results. The office is lovely, and they took a lot of time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

I went to a consultation here yesterday. A friend told me to do one more consult and to meet the amazing staff and Doctors. I am 100% happy that I did. You think you have a great doctor until you come here and realize you knew nothing about great. Lets just say I can not wait to have my work done by Dr. Liebertz. He answered every question and answered questions that I didn’t even think of. The office staff is welcoming and has already expedited things and with a sincere smile. If you think you already have your cosmetic doctor chosen, try this office. The journey has only started but it’s off to a great start.
