I had the best experience here with Farzaneh. She has so much experience and makes the whole process of whatever you’re getting done feel extremely comfortable and pleasant. I will continue to recommend this BellaMedica and Farzaneh to everybody!
I can NOT recommend Fara enough!! She really is the best. Not only professionally, but she is so friendly and caring. I went here for a consultation with my best friend 2 years ago after TONS of our friends recommended her. She was very thorough, informative, and does the best job ever. Both of us have had multiple laser services done by her and she always made sure we were comfortable and following all safety procedures. She takes customer service to the next level too. She is so great I still carry her business cards to hand out every time someone complains about hair!

Farzaneh is awesome. She is an excellent aesthetician with a warm personality and demeanor. She will answer all questions even if it’s the same question she’s already answered. I went in for the PRP facial and highly recommend it. They recommend 3 sessions and the results are impressive each time. Their pricing is also very competitive and I would gladly give up other things to afford this when I have it done again next year. All the eye creams in the world can’t compare to having this PRP facial! I can’t wait to go back for other treatments they offer.

Highly recommend going to see Farzaneh. She went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the entire laser process. What stood out to me is the ice roller used to cool the skin before the laser is applied. Virtually painless.

I’ve been coming here for treatments for over a year now and I love it! The staff is so kind and welcoming and I always feel taken care of. I pay a great deal for the laser treatments I get and I’ve definitely had great results (The ice roller is a LIFESAVER)!! I recommend having a consultation. A lot of my family and friends have been coming here for some time and we really are happy with our experiences 🙂
My daughter paid $2k for arms, legs and bikini wax. She went 5 times. No ice and cold to numb the areas. Half way through end of 3rd time, we were concerned that it looked like there is still a lot of hair growing back. She said it’s ok. Well by the last one a month later it was almost like she hadn’t done anything. Their answer: different people react differently. No refund, no additional sessions nothing. They wanted another $2k to redo?!!!!!
I’ve done this before and it took 3 times to get it all gone and 15yrs later I don’t have any hair.
This place is a rip off.
Saw only the master esthetician at my consult and 6 treatment – 3 IPL and 3 Skin Medica chemical peels. Never saw the doctor even after looking like a burn victim for 2 weeks after a chemical peel. No written pre- and post treatment instructions. Poor service on the doctor’s part.
