Posted by Karri, I always see Rayanna she’s super sweet knowledgeable and never pushes product you really don’t need. She is a professional and really cares about you and loves what she does. Last visit was a microdermabrasion appointment, my gawd, wow amazing results. The appointment before was sugaring, and for those of you that aren’t familiar with that, it’s an organic product used to remove hair from your body absolutely love it I get such better results than I do when she was doing waxing. Thanks Ray for the sunscreen, off to AZ and see you in October. 😀
I’ve been going to Pure Escape for a couple months now. I work in construction plus training for my first half Ironman so frequent massages have helped me deal with daily stress, learn more about my body and feel better overall.
This spa is amazing. I had the European Facial with Rayanna and she did an awesome job. I left refreshed and relaxed. I have already made another appointment. Please give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
Lashes by Rayanna at Pure Escape- YOU MUST KNOW! Let me first start by saying, the one thing I would never leave the house without is mascara, NEVER. Lashes are my beauty routine and because of this was very interested in lash extensions, but was fearful after hearing and seeing many horror stories of lash jobs gone wrong. I went to a gal prior to finding Rayanna and was disappointed with the results after paying a hefty amount for the service. Rayanna came with high ratings and referrals so I gave her a shot…. and boy, am glad that I did! With Rayanna, not only did I get beautiful, full lashes, but she is patient, detailed, and a perfectionist. I have never once walked out less than satisfied. She is knowledgeable and concerned with your overall lash health. I continuously receive compliments on my lashes and told how natural they look. I would recommend her over and over again. What a sweetheart she is and she take so much pride in her work. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I would literally dive ANYWHERE for her!

Very disappointed with the service they provide on sugaring. Tech. diffidently had lack off experience in it, more looks like she doesn’t even know the difference in between the 3( soft/hard waxing and sugaring)!!! Left me with bruises and irritated skin for a week:( Wouldn’t go back.
Very disappointed with how unorganized this spa is. Confirmed a couples massage, with my card on file for Valentines and two days after setting the appointment they called to say they would not be able to take us at the set time. With having a newborn and setting a sitter for that set time it is disheartening. Hopefully with losing a few days of being able to call other spas we will still be able to find one that has availability.
They need to be quicker to do their due diligent to make sure they can accommodate their customers before confirming appointments and just how they would like 24 hrs of cancellation before an appt they should provide that to a customer after an appointment is set.
I wanted to share with the locales in the Maple Valley area my experience at Pure Escape Spas. I’m not from the Seattle area and didn’t know where I could go to continue my lash extensions, until a friend mentioned Pure Escape Spas in Kent. My friend called while we were in conversation about it and I had an appointment the next morning with Ariana. The customer service by All the staff was wonderful, they made me feel Great. I would recommend to try the many services Pure Escape Spas has to offer as I believe everyone needs to be pampered. Thanks Pure Escape Spas for helping me remember that a little pampering and individual beautification goes along way.
I have been to Lisa for massage a couple times now and I have to say she is by far the best!! The spa is in a very nice location and the inside of the spa is very warm and welcoming with a very friendly staff! I will only go here for massage from now on I have found my spa home. I recommend this spa to anyone that wants the best.
