What a great office with great staff! All the staff, from the receptionist to the workers, were professional, pleasant and helpful! I came for laser hair removal, and they made the process quick, relaxing and comfortable (as I was pretty nervous!).
They have a great location (just outside of Kent/Tukwila) and were flexible with their hours and prices.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for hair removal!
They have great customer service here and you can such a wide variety of services! highly recommended.
Dr Madsen is great. I’ve tried several different places for botox and he’s the first person that did it where I didn’t have a slamming migraine for days afterwards!!
The doctor does a lot of talking and it sounds really good. His work looks real good too. However, mine was for a very short period of time. I know it is not meant to last forever but I expected it to last more than a month. I’d love to go back and try it again and give it another chance but I can’t afford to go back once a month to look younger. Dang the bad luck.
Dr.Madsen is BRILLIANT!! The staff is fantastic & the tools & techniques used here are unparalleled! In fact, I have not be found anything close anywhere else in the Puget Sound area!

The staff are great. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I quit going there due to the fact that my Doctor was not available to see me and I ended seeing another person and I was not informed ahead of time that things were changing. I was also given the wrong dose of my medication.
I’ve had several different laser hair treatments at various places and this is my favorite! I got my lower legs done and it wasn’t painful and everyone was nice and professional, and super quick!

The staff is very friendly and all treatments (purchased as Groupon or LivingSocial types of deals) went well. The cubicle walls don’t offer a lot of privacy, and I could imagine this being very uncomfortable for some. I did find varying degrees of results when having the same treatment twice, so wasn’t convinced I would get strong enough results to justify the cost to continue the treatment or opt for additional, more expensive, treatments.
I love this place! The whole staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Despite being highly educated, Dr Madsen is down to earth and really knows how to explain anything they offer in depth. I’ve been there 4 or 5 times now for different things and have never been disappointed. To top it off, they are very reasonably priced. I don’t go anywhere else anymore.
I have had eight treatments at Madsen Medical Spa and they have gone exceptionally well. The staff is very kind and answered all my questions. I was nervous at first since this was my first laser hair treatment, but they made it painless and quick every time. I would highly recommend Madsen to anyone looking to get laser hair treatments done.

Used a Groupon for Botox. The staff was friendly and informative. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. The office was clean and welcoming. If I had not moved out of state I would be a regular customer!
Went there for a Groupon Botox. Had a good experience. Treatment went well. Follow up call was nice. Would appreciate specials for returning clients. Staff was nice and friendly. Place a clean, modern and easy to find.
This was a very nice place. They did what I went there to do. He is kind of talkative, so don’t go on a day you are in a hurry. He was very nice though.
