LOVE. I’ve gone twice now for a hydrafacial with Kelsey and have had great experiences both times. The staff are very nice and helpful and it’s a very clean establishment. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic business. I was in town for the day and called to be put on the cancelation list. They called back shortly after and got me in the same day. I met with Jess in Kennewick. She administered Botox for me for the first time. She is VERY sweet. I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. Due to the great experience with her, I will travel out of my home town from now on to come and see her!

I’ll preface this with – I have had many spa visits throughout my travels, frequently visit higher end facilities around the state and specifically have had this service many times. She took before pictures but never took afters. She couldn’t figure out how to turn the flash off on the ipad camera …
The woman said we would start in a consultation room then move to a hydro facial room – that never happened. She leaned me back in the same thing as a dentist chair in a room with fluorescent light on the ceiling. Not relaxing. No working light to see my skin better was used. My face was not washed before she went at it with the machine. Never have I had a facial where I didn’t change into a towel/robe so my clothes didn’t get spilled on. Also have never had a facial where the esthetician keeps repeatedly awkwardly readjusting and shoving cotton balls into my ears throughout the entire treatment. Only three extractions were done. She used a wet towel to wipe my face after I mentioned about face wash – the wet towel got on my shirt bc she didn’t have me change. She was extremely quick and rough with the strokes of the wand, very aggressive like she was in a rush. Thank god for the mask mandate bc I had dry skin flakes hanging from my face when I left. I understand pre consultation – but my visit time should not have more time spent trying to upsell me on services I’m not here for – the majority of my valuable appointment time should be spent on what I’m actually there for. Thankfully I didn’t have anywhere else to be. Wish the focus would have been actually the hydrofacial. She forgot so much of why she was actually there that she failed to prepare for my appointment by not even having the hydrofacial machine in the room – she left to go get it, AND after she got started she had to stop with me sitting there because she ran out of serum in the machine! I sat there with a wet face staring at the flourscent lights while she left to get more bottles and refill the machine. What a joke. The place gives off a high end vibe but it’s as low end as a massage in the middle of the mall. I also have a mark on my face that hasn’t gone away hours later from the machine from her aggressiveness and what I can appropriately label poor training.
My experience was superb! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse who did my facial was the sweetest! She was professional yet personable. I HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment here!
