I absolutely love Dr. Fidino, Andy, Madeline my esthetician, and all the staff at NewU. They are knowledgeable, professional, and will treat you like family. I cannot recommend them enough!
I chose New U Women’s clinic because Rachel had pretty much perfect reviews – and I see why! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left- the appointment was great! Super friendly front desk staff, super beautiful and inviting decor in the waiting area. I was quickly taken back and the MA was so friendly. Rachel came in shortly after and was so personable, knowledgeable, listened to my questions, helpful and we have a game plan in action. Super thankful to have found this spot! Highly, highly recommend it!
Edited to add: I wrote my review over a year ago and still stand by it 100%…and more actually. My hubby got super sick this winter and after being unheard doctor after doctor, I scheduled him to see Rachel. She listened to him, heard his concerns, answered all of his questions, was incredibly patient, shared her knowledge and gave him a great game plan. Rachel truly is someone you can trust and that’s hard to find these days. So thankful for the entire team at New U!
I had heard many great things about the O-shot that I decided to give it a try. I felt the tightness almost immediately!! It improved sensitivity and a greater sexual pleasure! Josie is so attentive with a heart ready to help. She takes the time to answer any concern or questions that I might have. Every person inside that place is so nice and friendly. They have been excellent, loving and kind. The communication so far has been excellent. When I need to ask a question, or schedule care days, everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, caring and timely in all responses. My overall experience has been amazing and would recommend it!
Josie Ponce ARNP is amazing! She takes time to sit and listen then comes up with a plan that’s individualized and totally worked for me! I’m feeling so much better and like myself again! Absolutely recommend!
My go to place for all things women’s beauty and health. Dr. Rachel Fidino and her team are always so kind, informative and welcoming. Their office is beautiful with a spa like setting. Insurance covered my women’s health workups like labs and genetics. Dr. Rachel treats you in a holistic way. She can help you feel amazing on the outside with her aesthetic techniques. Or she may help you feel balanced within, in the medical aspect through medical interventions and through conversation of your needs. I highly recommend her to all of my friends!
I Absolutely love Dr. Fidino. Finally found a provider who listens to my concerns and works with me. My hormones went crazy from having babies and after getting under Dr. Fidino’s care and recommendation I am finally starting to feel like my old self. The staff is great too. Very welcoming and helpful! I can’t recommend this place enough!
