Truly this place is great, and Jess is the best. Dr. Fidino has great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable as well. I have recommended this place to a few people but I am tired of always trying to be upsold when I come in. I get that this is a business but every time I come in Andrew is always trying to get me to do more. I used to enjoy coming in but no longer enjoy it. I wanted to get the MINT™ PDO Thread Lift here but I will be looking into seeing if there is another place in the Tri-Cities that does it because I’m tired of feeling badgered to spend more money/needing more work done.

Everyone here is incredible. I’ve had several treatments and I couldn’t love the results more. From checking in to check out, it’s a fabulous experience. Not many doctor offices like this around and I’m thankful for them.
I absolutely love Dr. Fidino and her staff. Instantly, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all my questions while walking me through the process of my procedure. The clinic offers a variety of services with highly qualified professionals that meet the needs for all, making the clinic a convenient place to go. I love New U, everyone is so so kind and tangible in their mannerism. They answer every question after question you have. The doctor takes her time, she wants to make every minute count, most importantly she listens, they all listen and do everything in their power to help you. I am very pleased and have told everyone about the clinic. I am satisfied and will be going back. I have officially made this clinic my clinic. Thank you staff.
