My cousin recently had her lips done at NewU and they look amazing!! I’ve seen other lip fillers in the past and they are not as natural looking as hers which I love! I will be booking an appointment very soon to have my lips done and hopefully add some vitamins to the mix.
Rachel is hands down the best provider I have ever seen! She takes time to listen and answer questions and concerns. She is so knowledgeable about women’s health. I can’t say enough positive about my overall experience. The entire staff is amazing!!! Every single one of them is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone!

No other office I have been to even compares! I initially began with Rachel at 19 years old, but then as I moved and she went to Seattle, I had to see other professionals. After being Rachel’s patient, the other professionals I saw all left me very underwhelmed. I was ecstatic to hear she had returned to the Tri Cities not long after I did, and I booked right away! Rachel truly cares about her patients; her compassion shines through in every visit. I also am a patient of Dr. Seagren and cannot say enough praises for her! My first surgery went seamlessly under her care, and I don’t doubt my next few will be the same. I have had Botox with Rochelle, and I appreciated the time she took to really make sure I was happy. There is not a single person at New U that I cannot say positive things about, the entire staff have shown to be professional, educated and caring! I will forever be recommending New U to all the women in my life!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I received five star service. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Nurse Rochelle made me feel confident in my choice of services that I chose and she explained patiently in detail exactly what would happen during the procedure before she started and answered any questions that I had. She was also able to fill a tiny scar above my lip when others have told me they couldn’t fill it. was I have already recommended New U to my family & friends!

Rachel Fidino is an amazing women’s health doctor. She listens to each patients concerns and needs and creates a personalized plan for each and every one. Rochelle Wilcox is also great on the aesthetics side of the office. I love how both of these women are helping other women stay healthy and age gracefully! I highly recommend this office!
