I started going to Vital Aesthetics within the last couple months and all I can say is the team there is absolutely wonderful to work with and knowledgeable on all their services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their skincare routine.
Thuan is highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and a top tier practitioner in her many disciplines. She stays current on the latest technology, products & methods; I don’t care where you live, near or far, make the trip!! The results are impeccable every time and 1000% worth my drive from downtown Seattle. I always look forward to my appointments.
Where do I begin?! My skin and face has never looked younger since frequenting Vital Aesthetics. I first visited Thuan for a Dysport/Botox treatment over a year ago and was so impressed by my results and trusted her work that I wanted to try other treatments to enhance my results: micro needling with PRF, PRF under eye, and saw the most dramatic results from a single resurfacing laser treatment – my skin is GLOWING!!! I have frequented multiple medi-spas before finding Vital Aesthetics but I’ve found my place and never need to go anywhere else again. Thuan and her team are the real deal! Very talented, keep the appointments fun and it feels like you’re hanging out with a good friend. Do your self a favor and go see her ASAP!
After contemplating for several months about getting Botox for the first time I decided to go for it. Anti aging creams can only do so much and I wanted to look as young as I feel! I did some research on places near me to get treatments and decided to give Thuan a try and I’m so glad I did! I walked in, the decor was nice, the atmosphere was welcoming and the receptionist was pleasant. I came for Botox, but Thuan put me at ease and ended up getting lip filler as well, and have no regrets. Overall it was a great experience and will be returning for the foreseeable future.
Thuan is absolutely amazing at what she does, and I feel so blessed to have found someone who cares about her clients as much as she does. She has such a warming presence that put me at ease from the moment I stepped into her studio. Thuan is also extremely knowledgeable, and keeps safety at the forefront of her practice. She treated my acne scars, and I cannot begin to express how eternally grateful I am to her for treating me. My skin hasn’t looked this beautiful in years, and my husband cannot stop commenting on how smooth my face looks after just one month of seeing Thuan. She has restored my confidence in an area that has been one of my biggest insecurities, and I cannot recommend her enough!
Never thought I’d be walking into a place like this but I’m glad I did. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but with the tremendous knowledge they shared with me I’m glad I did. With the skills and knowledge they have I feel a lot better about myself and look better (in my eyes) thank you a million times for your services and ill be a forever customer.

Thuan is AMAZING. You will not find anyone better. I was scared to get micro needling but after just one session my skin was the best it’s ever been. The spa itself is beautiful – every detail has been considered and everyone I’ve met on Thuan’s team is welcoming and friendly. Thuan takes what she does seriously and is always learning and staying on top of recent advancements. She’s also just a wonderful person – I’m grateful I found her!
i got lip injections with Thuan Phan and they came out subtle and perfect she looks at your face as a whole she ended up putting filler in the tip of my nose to frame my lips better. she is an artist with the needle i cant imagine going to anyone else in the future she was insanely sweet and the decorations inside made everything feel very comfortable
I love coming to Vital Aesthetics. I’ve seeing Thuan about 2 years and and watch her business grow and I’m so proud of her. Now she has an new master esthetician and she’s really good. Highly recommend.
Thuan is excellent! She’s warm and caring and confident. She quickly knows what your needs are & you will feel excited and confident for that days service, and possible upcoming ones! She’s easy, fun, and makes you laugh. It’s great to feel excited about going in! SO then you forget that there may be some discomfort. I knew I needed to get started on a good skincare regimen for my wedding in July but I didn’t know where to start. Thuan and Caitleen recommended PRF microneedling and I’m so glad they did. I was a little nervous at first, but they both answered all of my questions (there were a lot) and walked me through the entire process. I can’t say enough great things about Thuan and Caitleen and I can’t wait to be back for more treatments!!
I went to see Thuan for the first time a few weeks ago for wrinkles on my face. She gave realistic options and exceptions for treatments of what she could perform and what she couldn’t do. I’ve had my share of cosmetic injections at dermatologists and plastic surgeon offices and and this is by far the best place I’ve been. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I had Botox done and barely felt a thing! The office is warm, welcoming and feels luxurious. I will be coming back for lip fillers and laser treatments in the up coming weeks. I will post on how it goes! I would recommend 10/10!!
I got the radio frequency microneedling and Erbium Yag laser resurfacing treatment. My skin is smoother, fine lines have drastically improved, overall texture feels incredible. Thuan Phan was so nice and helpful. She made it seamless and painless process. Highly recommend!
Thuan is a highly qualified nurse practitioner that is skilled in what she does. If I ever let anyone stick a needle in my face, it would only be here. She’s clearly passionate in her work loves what she does. She is detail oriented and thorough. Would highly recommend her.
Update: Kaitlyn is also an amazing esthetician that recently got hired to their office. I had a facial and Dermaplane done and my skin looks and feels amazing after. She is so detail oriented and thorough, after the facial she asked me to take a picture of all the products I use and home and instructed me an essay long detailed steps on how often I should use those products and what should I use first to last, and if I was missing anything she would tell me. She never tried to sell hard on any of the products they carried. She’s knowledgeable and patient. Will definitely continue to see her.
Thuan did a wonderful job. I was scared of the pain but she had a fancy tool that can help you with it. I’ve done the prf microneedling and laser hair remova and had great result with it. lVery clean and professional. Will be coming back again. Thanks
Thuan was amazing! I got some fat dissolving injections for my under chin area and I am super paranoid of needles. I went in scared but came out super relaxed, and honestly she made it feel like I wasn’t even getting poked. She made me feels super comfortable and gave me some advice and tools to keep my nerves off the edge. We just sat and talked away, time went flying. She kept checking in on any pain or discomfort but honestly her presence and her professionalism was amazing. Would totally recommend. Everything was clean, in order, and very inviting.
I move around often for work and am always nervous trying to find a new place for injectables/procedures. I am so happy I was able to find this gem of a business. Thuan is seriously the best! From the minute you walk through the door, she immediately makes you feel comfortable. She will help you come up with a plan that will give you the best results. I love Thuan and Caitleen. Both are very kind and friendly. They both are very attentive and responsive. I had rf microneedling combine with Erbium Laser. It was a bit painful even after 45 minute numbing cream but I love my result. My skin are smooth, more radiant, more vibrant, and tighter. It only one week after treatment, but I already love my skin. Thank Thuan and Caitleen. You both are the best ❤️
