Services include 1) Internal Medicine where our patient clients get the benefit of ease of availability in a very small intimate un-rushed “boutique” style of practice** 2) Aesthetic Medicine where all cosmetic dermatology treatments are administered by a medical care provider rather than technicians and most are provided personally by Dr Jacobson. 3) Feminine Rejuvenation easing the issues of bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, laxity and more. **Membership is NOT required for aesthetic and feminine rejuvenation care. All of the staff here are wonderful, TLJ came highly recommended and after a few experiences it was easy to understand why. They all seem to truly care about what is best for each individual person and I never felt “pushed” to purchase anything I didn’t need.
I have gone to TLJ for many years. Not only is the quality of care that you get amazing but everything they do is about YOU and helping you become your best self! The knowledge that Dr. J and Michelle have about anything you are interested in is phenomenal! They are up to date on the latest and greatest! Every time I walk into the office I’m greeted as though I’m a longtime friend who they are excited to see. Also the staff at TLJ are simply one of a kind! The personal care and attention I receive from the staff and Dr.’s is something that really is priceless.

I love Dr Jacobson and her staff! Everything they do looks natural and helps my skin to thrive (at my age, that’s saying something!). If they can’t do something you want, (that’s feasible), they will know a trusted clinician who can. I never planned to want a TLJ in my back pocket, but now I’m hooked!
Don’t go here. My treatment left damage on my face and they claimed it was always there. The bad attitude rubbed salt in the wound on a bad treatment. I don’t know who all of the positive reviews are coming from. I’m suspicious that they are real.

TLJ Aesthetics is incredible! Everyone is truly wonderful, friendly, and caring. Dr. Jacobson is extremely meticulous and I love it! I had lip filler done someplace else (it was awful!) Dr. Jacobson dissolved, corrected, refilled and let me tell you the borders and shape are perfection! My Botox, filler, and skin have never looked better. Dr. Jacobson has stopped my teeth grinding/clenching and relieved the associated jaw pain(who knew Botox could correct this?!).

Terry at TLJ is truly excellent at what she does. I couldn’t be happier with my results. Good tear trough artists are hard to come by, but Terry has the technique down to a science. You don’t have to worry about coming out with bulging bumps or an uneven texture under your eyes! During our initial consultation, she was clear and transparent about what to expect and knew how to achieve the natural look I wanted. I trust she would never push services or procedures which she didn’t believe were necessary to achieve my desired outcome because she actually advised against an additional service I was considering, which would have brought her more revenue, in order to make sure I got the look I truly wanted. The secrets rewards program is great, and such a deal if you’re planning on getting multiple services or have a longer-term beauty goals. Their Instagram is a great place to look at before/after photos of a variety of services. So glad I found TLJ and their lovely team!
