Services include 1) Internal Medicine where our patient clients get the benefit of ease of availability in a very small intimate un-rushed “boutique” style of practice** 2) Aesthetic Medicine where all cosmetic dermatology treatments are administered by a medical care provider rather than technicians and most are provided personally by Dr Jacobson. 3) Feminine Rejuvenation easing the issues of bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, laxity and more. **Membership is NOT required for aesthetic and feminine rejuvenation care. I have been getting botox from Dr Jacobson for about a year now, and I love it! She does a wonderful job, and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure it is done right. For my first appointment, she had me come in a couple times so she could add botox in phases, just to ensure I was happy with how everything was looking along the way. I appreciate her professionalism, and attention to detail! Can’t wait to come back in for my next session 🙂
Where is the six star rating?! Oh my, Dr. Jacobsen and her staff are the absolute best! I would recommend her to everyone. You truly feel listened to and cared for by everyone in her practice.
I’ve now received several BBL treatments here, and they’re really wonderful. I’ve been to multiple aesthetic places throughout my life, and I would say that the caring, friendly, and meticulous providers here are amongst the best. They really take their time to make sure that your treatments are maximally effective, and the results really show. I would recommend them to anybody, and I’m planning on going back many more times!
I had been kicking around getting filler for years but was too scared to do it. After finding out about Dr J from a friend, I finally made an appt. Everyone in the office is amazing! I am so happy with my tear trough filler and lips. Dr J is super ethical and puts people before profits. She won’t let you overfill your lips, no matter how much you beg 😂
Dr J and the staff are professional and have become like friends over the years I’ve been going to their office. I’ve always had good results from their service. They explain options and offer advice but are not hard sell.

I have been going to TLJ Asthetics for a few years now. I have had Botox, thermi eye, Thermiva ,fillers, and BBL. I cannot say enough good things about Dr J and her staff. Everyone is so professional but also so friendly and warm. Feels like you are visiting with your girlfriends with the bonus of getting a wonderful and professional treatment! I have never been disappointed with any of the treatments that I’ve had done at TLJ Aesthetics. I am going to be turning 60 next year and I’ve had many comments that I don’t look anywhere near my age so that is thanks to Dr J and her team! The office is also very clean and professional but also very comfortable and relaxed I have recommended TLJ Aesthetic’s too many friends and acquaintances
I Would Easily call this Doc and her Staff a Second Family! Friendly, Happy, Courteous, Excited, Delightfully Calm, and Personable all Wrapped up in One. I have Personally Received Many Treatments; Botox, Thermis, Filler, Kybella, Laser Treatments, Facials and I use the Moisturizer Regiment they suggest. I Feel that with All the Continued Applications that I will Keep My Youthful Look. In Fact. I’m going tomorrow for my ^ Month Up Lifting Face Thermi!!! Very Excited!!!
I have had two BBL sessions with Skin Tight and my skin is looking wonderful. I’ve been to other places and the results have been minimal and they are rushed to just get it done and not going over your skin to see if they missed anything. At TLJ the provider made sure to go over the treatment area and touch up spots to ensure the best results. Also, with BBL there is no need to numb your face!
The staff and providers are very kind and thorough to make sure you get the best results. I really like that they ask what results I’m looking for and there has been no pressure to buy unnecessary other treatments. I highly recommend TLJ!!!

WhatEVER your personal recipe is for feeling great about your appearance, Dr. J is the first and only MD I recommend full-stop. I know a few of her clients and she doesn’t overfill, over freeze, over anything. She’s cautious and reserved. The people in the office treat you like family, and I’ve transitioned to the skincare lines they carry as well. I’m a skincare fanatic, I know my labels & ingredients, and so does TLJ. I’m so happy I found them! 10/10
