The best place in town for cosmetic procedures! All staff is very nice and professional. I primarily go to Dr Rubin for botox and fillers. She is very understanding of your needs and always helps you achieve the best results. I had a concern following my last procedure, and Dr Rubin immediately found time to see me and address my concerns.
I recommend this place to everyone.
Dr. Rubin is amazing, I absolutely love her demeanor and way she approaches patient care. She is so knowledgeable and has a phenomenal bedside manner. she did nueromodulator on me & it worked perfectly. I’ll be going back in 2 weeks for Monalisa touch and sculpsure. looking forward to it!
From the get-go I experienced great customer service from Nouveau— making the appointment and getting questions answered quickly was easy and informative. But even more than that: the salon experience was outstanding; I felt valued, taken care of, and everyone was SO nice. I look forward to getting more services here! Really happy to have found this place and can’t recommend it enough.
They have texting as an option to schedule, so I did (as a current client whom has been there before).
But all they do is text you back to call them! When I asked why have texting as an option, no response. When I call no answer. When I leave a message, no call back.

I have done filler and botox in Florida for many years. When I met Dr. Rubin I realized what a difference her medical experience and expertise meant. I’ve been so impressed with the experience and quality of Dr. Rubin’s work. Last year I did my research to find the best Medspa in the area, and Nouveau Medspa came highly recommended. Dr. Rubin and her staff are so caring and attentive, my experience there has always been wonderful. I’ve also sent family members there for their IV’s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
My experiences at Nouveau Medspa have always been very positive. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and Dr. Rubin’s expertise and warm demeanor has always helped me feel comfortable in her hands. I’ve had Botox, fillers, and CO2 laser treatments, and Dr. Rubin has always made sure there was no discomfort involved. She explained the process, and has always been somewhat conservative in her application of Botox and fillers to make sure the outcome was always natural. I would trust her without question!
After years of looking for a good doctor and office I found my place. The ladies at this office treat you like family. Most other practices I have felt unheard and rushed, not the case here. Every single person we came into contact with was extremely nice and warm in conversation. If your looking for a place this is it! She brings the warmth of San Diego to Washington with her bed side manner. Not to mention the amount of knowledge she has! This is your place!
Dr Rubin is a magician she is also damn good at what she does great medspa in the Harbor highly recommend, friendly staff great atmosphere a plethora of services you won’t be disappointed.
This place is so great and is very catering to mothers w babies. My baby was getting upset mid appointment so one of the ladies gave him snuggles while we finished up. They even offered one of their rooms so I could nurse my son.
They do great work and the results have been worth it. I got the 1540 and the tempsure done for my post mom belly. I not disappointed!
I have had several services here and always walk away thrilled with the results. This is the 3rd local office I’ve been to for fillers, and Dr Rubin is by far the BEST experience. Little to no pain and very patient with me as I am terrified of needles. I even had an IV treatment here and loved it! So happy to have this amazing team in Gig Harbor!
Did not take the time to listen to my aesthetic goals or examine/assess my face prior to first treatment. I went along with her recommendation and was extremely unhappy with the result–spock brows and an unnatural/unbalanced appearance. I went back to relay my concerns with the hope that something could be done to fix my concerns. Overall, I was not happy with the treatment and experience.
Really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Rubin. She was very clear in explaining all of the different treatment options, and I felt very comfortable and welcomed in the office. Great staff too! Very pleased with my results. Super happy that we have Nouveau Med-Spa in Gig Harbor! I’ll surely be back.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rubin. I had a consultation with her that was top notch. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and had my best interests in mind. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the procedure and am so satisfied with the results. Dr. Rubin achieved results that are very natural so that I look well-rested instead of look like I had work done. I have received so many compliments on how radiant my skin looks. Dr. Rubin is so knowledgeable and has such a reassuring presence. She really makes you feel at ease and confident you’re getting the best treatment for you and that you are SAFE. I have been seeing Dr. Rubin for facial rejuvenation and she is amazing. She and her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in all of the services they offer. 5 months ago I had the Icon laser procedure and I am so pleased with the results. My skin looks and feels brand new. This spa has something for everyone.

I had my first visit to try the IV bar for hydration. The service was pampering and personable. Afterward, I was amazed at the difference it made! I felt refreshed, rested, my natural energy returned, even the dark sunken circles under my eyes disappeared. Worth every penny!
Overall the facility is clean and the staff are very kind and friendly. When transitioning between offices, both my name and number were taken incorrectly and they had no idea who I was at the new location. I also received an appointment reminder on a day the office was close and was not notified that they canceled my appointment. When I tried to reschedule, no one in the office answered the phone during normal business hours while the office was open. I had to call multiple times because my voicemails were not returned after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, my experience was full of empty promises. I’ve had 3 different procedures here, none of which were successful. After my first failed treatment, I was asked if I wanted to have a free treatment with a new piece of equipment they were getting in that would be better suited to me so that Dr. Rubin could train her staff. I never received a phone call. My experience with a different procedure was inconsistent in application and struggled with the equipment. My last purchase, I did 4 rounds of laser hair removal and was told that the majority of the hair in the treated area would be gone. Instead of the “onesies-twosies” that may be left, as stated by Dr. Rubin, I only saw a 5% decrease in quantity of hair and thickness of hair verses the 98% I was guaranteed. I’m not a mathematician but that is no where close to promised result. I can barley see the difference so I took pictures and sent them to the doctor asking what I could do to get a better result or make the treatment more effective. Dr. Rubin very generously said she would do 3 more treatments for free and call me back and schedule them in the books. I thought, wow that’s so awesome! Thinking back, that seems like omission of guilt that they messed up the procedure because you could barley see any results. Once again, I never received a phone call. I hope they enjoy the thousands of dollars I gave them because I’ve already referred 2 previous clients and 4 prospective clients to different Med spas.
