I have been going to Nouveau Spas for almost 2 years now. It has now become a part of my life on a weekly bases. I would not be where I am today without the help of Dr. Rubin, Sherri, Sharon, and Janelle! Besides providing me with great medical and self care they also brighten my day every time I walk in! Thank you for all you do!
COVID TEST
My wife and I desperately needed a COVID 19 test in order to have a Social Security interview. The web site said “results in 24hrs” . We had originally booked a free test at Walgreens but the test advertised at Nouveau Medspas promised faster results for a fee of $100 each. We went for it!
Then came the wait! No results in 24hrs! July 4th weekend came and went. No results after the weekend. No results after a week.
We made calls, complaints, pleas, tried everything. No results. They told us by phone that the “24hr” results were for blood test antibody checks only but we never specified which, we just wanted rapid turnaround. They told us to call Quest labs – they may as well have said talk to God – no-one there answers the phone, recorded message after recorded message. Even the computer help desk doesn’t answer.
So here we are, 12 days later and still no results from the “24hr” test we so desperately needed. If we actually had COVID, the symptoms would be well upon us by now and by Tuesday our 14 day quarantine will completely render the test unnecessary.
And ultimately, we still paid the $100 each and have nothing to show for it. As you can imagine we are disgusted.
The least these people could do would be to refund the $100 and apologize! It wouldn’t ease the frustration of the complete shambolic delay and inconvenience but it would at least be fair – we didn’t get what we paid for! Isn’t that a flagrant abuse of the trades description act?
As you can tell from this post my wife and I are very very upset!
This place has definitely bettered my quality of life. I can honestly say that I did not know that I could feel this much better or that it was even possible. I just thought that because I’m almost 50 years of age that this was just the way it was going to be. I didn’t know I lived with unnecessary discomfort in my body. I am ever grateful for their expertise and care. Thank you, Dr. Rubin and staff. You have altered my life for the better.
This place is more than just an office to me. On one of my appointments I came in the day after I lost my dog. I wanted to just cancel. And each person in there hugged me and comforted me. They made one of the worst days of my life manageable. These women here are so special. They helped me not only with what I came in for. I feel genuinely like I’m a part of their office family. They are so empowering and sweet. Best decision I could have made for myself. They got me better results than I could have imagined. I’m so greatful I went to that appointment for my submental. They have forever changed my life. Now I can look in the mirror with confidence. This place is truly one of a kind.

This spa is a wonderful addition to the harbor! I recently visited the spa for a Vitamin B shot and then for an immune boost IV. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable and can assist in identify treatments that can be helpful for whatever area you are looking for improvement. As a person with an auto immune disease it has been helpful to explore alternative methods of improving my health. The staff is super friendly and works together to make your experience the best it can be. I have plans for future treatments including the NADS IV therapy. They offer so many choices that there is something for everyone .
Not happy. I came in telling you one of my eyelid was droopy and you said it’ll get better and loosen up. this was within a week and full results not seen until two weeks which got worse in that time frame. I asked specifically that you put in less because I respond very strong to it. You said it wouldn’t work so left me looking frozen unnatural angry look.
Great services and fun personalities! My daughter, who had acne issues had a hydrofacial which helped her skin immensely. I had an IV therapy for hair and nail treatment with great results. Thank you!
