I’ve been getting my Botox injections here at HBL for about 9 mo now. The space is beautiful, modern & clean. The staff is bubbly and friendly. Katrina is incredible as an injector, she has a lovely balance of science & facial mapping while also having fun chit chat. She’s great at addressing any concerns, answering lots of questions & making you feel at ease & comfortable. You can really tell that everyone at Haven has a passion for their work & they love what they do!!

I spontaneously booked a trip to HBL to get additional lip filler/fix my previous lip filler. Katrina listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me options. She said she could add lip filler but it would be in my best interest to start over and add minimal lip filler but accentuate my features. I took her advice and I literally cannot be more happier I listened to her, I feel so much more confident. She was so thorough and precise and I felt so comfortable in her hands. My new injector!!

I see Chenda regularly for all my aesthetic needs. She takes time to listen to all my concerns, answer all my questions and thoroughly explains the procedure and what to expect. She aims for subtle, natural changes which I greatly appreciate since I’m not looking to do anything drastic. I truly value her professionalism and attention to detail. And I could not be happier with my results.

I stumbled across Chenda in my quest to find an experienced injector closer to home. Chenda immediately puts you at ease with her calm and professional demeanor.
