Whenever I leave Haven Beauty Lab I feel more confident. I always have such a positive experience working with Chenda on all of my aesthetic needs. She is beyond knowledgeable and always makes you feel so beautiful and welcome when you meet her. She is always quick to follow up and she really takes her time listening and tailoring your appointment to your specific problem areas. 10/10 will be back!!

Haven Beauty Lab is a wonderful addition to downtown Gig Harbor. I have had a few treatments with Chenda and couldn’t be happier. She is the sweetest with a very calm and professional demeanor. I will be back and look forward to trying other services that they offer.

Absolutely love this place! Just great vibes and so many options in one spot making it super convenient. I have been seeing Amanda over a year for my hair. She is absolutely the sweetest and very passionate about her job. When I came to her my hair is damaged and in the photo attached one year later it’s gorgeous and silky! It’s hard to find someone who knows how to not only do blonde hair well but keep it healthy!
Last week I saw Chenda for lip filler. I have been absolutely terrified moving from LA and having my fav gal who made my lips look natural and perfect to not being able to find someone similar. Over a year I looked and was noticing similar results on their IG page. Chenda did amazing! She is thorough, explains everything, and very delicate with her technique and strives for perfection. Not only is she great at her job was also the absolute sweetest!
I heard about Katrina through a co-worker, and looked at her website where I found she gives her personal cell phone number out to correspond with clients. I wanted to book a service, but had a few questions, so I ended up texting her. She got back to me immediately and helped me book correctly. She was warm and kind and helpful through text! It was nice not to have to make a phone call ~ just text and book online!
When the time came for my appointment, I arrived 20min early and she was able to take me right away which was nice. The facility is clean, and really cute inside!
It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It’s my third time getting Botox, but my results with Katrina are better than I’ve ever experienced before. I will definitely be a returning client!
I have had eyelashes for over five years now and have been to several artists- Rachel is hands down the most talented eyelash artist out there. She is certified and specializes in megas. My natural lashes continue to be healthy, and I would not trust anyone else with them!

Love Haven Beauty Lab! They offer so many great services, I have used injector Katrina Flowers-Piercy for Botox and fillers throughout the last few years. She offers amazing expertise, and the results prove it! Also I love that I never feel any kind of pressure for more, if I suggest something that she doesn’t think is right for me she’ll tell me even if it means less money on her end. Also had wonderful experiences with injector Chenda Johnson too. And I’ve never had lashes or micro blading but have had so many friends go to Nichole Shervanick and love their results!

I have had my hair done by Amanda at Haven and all I can say is oh my WOW!! This girl is a magician with hair and can’t wait to see my transformation in the next couple visits. Not only is she super talented I have never had someone who paid attention to your needs and is extremely thorough. I never ever had this kind’ve service ever from any hair stylist in the last 25 years and she is so very skilled and passionate. You will NOT be sorry seeing her!!
Katrina has done some Botox on my face and that girl is extremely amazing and knows how to give you a super natural look. Ladies or Gents you will be in good hands, I know Fillers and Botox can be scary not knowing the provider, well you can feel at complete ease and confidence that she will listen and give you what you’re seeking. Very skilled, gentle and will make you feel very comfortable.
Love this place! It’s super easy to get to and they have EVERY beauty service you might want. Chenda gave me my first ever Botox session, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable that she would give me the natural look I was hoping for. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
So glad to find Haven Beauty Lab…very clean environment and Chenda was attentive to talking through what I wanted to accomplish. I also appreciated the follow up check in to make sure the results were meeting my expectations. I went back for a minor touch up as we were more conservative initially (better too little than too much). Definitely going back!
