After finally following Tawnie for months i decided to book with her. From our first over the phone consultation she was amazing! Not only was she super sweet, but she answered all of my questions and was very informative about different procedures. I finally came in for my appointment today and I truly was so amazed with everything. As soon as you walk in you get treated by Jaewon, her amazing sister. She knew my name right when I walked in and greeted me with amazing energy. I told her I was nervous and she talked to me and totally put me at ease. The location is so beautiful and smells amazing! I told Tawnie I wanted to switch up my procedure and get lip filler to which she inspected my face and let me know I already have great lips. She felt what would enhance my features even more would be mid face filler which would create a more lifted look. I researched numerous doctors and injectors for many months (almost a full year) before I found Tawnie. Being a Botox and filler newbie, I was extremely nervous to take the first step.
I had my virtual consultation in May. She answered ALL my questions with detail, compassion and kindness. Then I had my first appointment in June. Tawnie made me feel calm and welcome. I told Tawnie my biggest fear was brow or lid ptosis because my friend had experienced it on her first Botox experience. Tawnie took her time assessing my whole face and lifestyle. Tawnie was super helpful on explaining how botox works, the different ways it can help each area of your face, etc. As a first timer, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. As an adult, I’ve always had one eyebrow arch higher than the other and this is what I went in to see if Tawnie could help fix. After a few days, I noticed my eyebrows were even in the first time in I don’t even know how long!!! Will definitely be going back to keep them this way!
