The staff here is all wonderful. I’ve been very happy with the results I’ve seen. The office is beautiful and relaxing.
Everyone working there is very nice and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other similar clinics. I was recommended laser treatments for my acne scarring. Unfortunately, the treatments did not yield desired results, and I am left with scarring from the laser itself, in addition to the original scars. I do not blame my providers, I realize that everyone’s skin is different, and mine just happens to be more sensitive. I am very grateful and appreciative that Denice offered me a full refund. She also referred me to see a different provider that she thinks will be able to help me. One thing I would like to have happened is for them to take photos of me without makeup on before we started the treatments, but they did not.
After my last appointment there, I asked for my photos to be sent to me, and still have not received them almost 2 months later. They also have not been very responsive via email. I understand that I am not a patient there anymore, and they probably have to prioritize existing patients, but I wish they were more professional in that regard.
Now this is what a skin clinic should look like!!! Beautiful!!! Immaculately clean and very comfortable atmosphere.
From the second I open the door, I was blown away!!! Greeted and attended to with warmth and respect… I relaxed on a very comfortable chair by the fireplace for a very short time before being taken into my own sparkling clean room. The procedure chair was so comfortable, almost like my overstuffed bed that I sink into nightly… heaven!!!
Seconds later in comes Dr. Kaitlin Brasier… hello blue eyes!!! So professional. so polite, so gracious and humble that I felt like we were not meeting for the first time. Dr. Brasier was thorough in asking me what I wanted and expressing to me what she thought would be best, and her plan for optimal results. Well let me tell you, her plan was my idea, but with a few extra ideas that only an experienced Dr. would know… I could not have dreamt that her idea and technique would give me such a fantastic result!!! Service was painless and we chatted the whole time… very personable and engaging!!! I left feeling like I was on top of the world and felt so great supporting a local business that treats their clients like clients want to be treated!!! Already looking forward to a September visit for a series of treatments that will have me looking better than ever for Holiday 2020!!!

Thanks Dr. Brasier!!! I look and feel amazing!!! When I saw my sister in law she said, “Somebody looks like they got a full eight hours of sleep last night!!!” I laughed and thought, I do look very rested and fresh but it had nothing to do with sleep and everything to do with Pur Skin Clinic!!!

Everyone is very friendly yet very professional. I’ve had botox about 3 times there, also had some age spots removed and have had awesome results.
