Kenzie is a skin wizard! I came to her so frustrated with my cystic acne and having struggled for decades. She educated me along the way and answered all of my questions in the kindest way. My skin is glowing and even when I have a breakout, I feel so confident knowing what triggered it and what I can do! She is so talented and just the best human.
I’ve been seeing McKenzie for the last few months and I am obsessed!! I had concerns with acne and have pretty sensitive skins. She looked over all my products and made recommendations. She really helped me to get onto a simple and effective routine that has made a huge difference for me! I really appreciate how thoughtful she is, she checks in to see how my skin feels after facials and is really holistic in her approach, recommending food changes and other habits to help with inflammation. After trying other aestheticians in previous years I have to say McKenzie is the best and my skin reacts so so well after every facial! Can’t recommend her enough!
I can’t recommend Mackenzie and Kenzthetics enough! I was new to the whole process but was welcomed and educated and so well taken care of. Mackenzie is the absolute best! I have never had a good skin care routine but knew it was time to make a change. I wanted to find someone I could trust and Mackenzie has turned out to be absolutely that. She is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable not matter your skincare background. She is passionate about the research of all the products she uses and customizes her approach to each clients needs. I live in Seattle but find driving up to Edmonds totally worth it, there is now no one else I would trust!
Kenzthetics is tucked away in beautiful downtown Edmonds. I had a very relaxing facial and my skin glowed afterwards. She has amazing skills and Kenzie listened to me and exceeded every expectation. I’ll be back for regular treatments!

Ive been struggling to deal with my acne for years and Mackenzie is the reason my skin has make so much progress these last couple months. She’s amazing! She has guided me with what products to use to continue progress at home, but the facials are my favorite. I highly highly recommend!
I had my first facial with Mackenzie and she made me feel so comfortable and told me along the way what she was doing. It was so relaxing and informative. My skin looked and felt amazing after this one treatment! I’m looking forward to my next session in 6 weeks. It’s an hour drive for me one way but totally worth the drive not to mention how sweet McKenzie is, she really knows her trade. I felt like a Goddess afterward and glowing!
