My wife and I have had great service and care for various skin issues over the past 6 years. We’ve always appreciate Dr Levy’s care and guidance. He’s very straight forward. The staff has been helpful, and they have very good records, just the other day my appointment included a discussion of an issue from several years ago.
Horrible experience with them! If you don’t mind a doctor who makes lame jokes and chatters incessantly off-topic during your consultation, rather than use the time to fully address your questions and concerns, then you might like Dr. Levy. The level of incompetence in the billing department is absolutely outrageous. And the unprofessional manner in which the office manager and staff handles their errors makes me wonder how they are still in business. The good news is, Dermatology of Seattle’s incompetence caused me to book an appointment elsewhere. I had a WONDERFUL experience with the new Doctor and staff today!
Dr Levy is AWESOME!!! If YOU want the job done right the first time go to him. I’ve had Dr’s make me come back several times only to have little or no change. I had warts 20 of them on my hands. Dr Levy removed in ONE visit!!! I love this Dr and will tell EVERYONE I know to go to HIM!!! I cant wait to heal and and get a manicure for the 1st time in 3 years..no more embarrassing moments for me! I Praise God for bringing Dr Levy into my life.
Excellent customer service and Dr Heather was the best and very knowledgeable about my condition. I recommend this place for everyone.

I wish a patch was put on the spot where skin tag was removed my bra keeps irratating the area
So I have been to many dermatologists in my past for a variety of skin conditions–some have been very uncomfortable to talk about and I have often been treated poorly or felt embarrassed for asking questions.
This was not the case with Physicians Assistant Cyphers. He is really friendly and makes you feel at ease. Cyphers takes the time to listen and helps you to understand various treatment options. He is also cost-conscious and helps you find the most cost effective ways to get prescriptions.
In my last visit I backed out of a biopsy last minute after Cyphers had already taken the time to check on pricing and gather the instruments. He was completely cool and understanding. I cannot recommend his services enough.

Update 12/28/18
So i wrote this review about 5 months ago but I just wanted to update it. Once again Dermatology of Seattle went above and beyond. I needed a refill on a prescription but was driving across the country to head home for the holidays. They were able to fill the script and found a pharmacy that was along my travel route. It was so convenient and the staff (including Jessica the medical assistant) was amazing as usual. Their communication was top notch and the follow-through was great. It was the best experience i’ve had with an MD office hands down. I cannot recommend Dermatology of Seattle enough!

Heather is exceptional and so is Holly. The unfortunate thing is some of the products I was given aren’t covered by insurance and are quite expensive.
