This office is excellent with the nicest receptionist to the best professional Doctors, “funny to “.The waiting time is also very quick, I would very much highly recommend this office.
First time here and I give it a 1O! Staff was friendly and efficient and listened to my concerns. Jonathan was especially amazing and good at what he does!!
I have been coming here for years and I suffer from post surgical scars . The Doctors are very patient and caring and the staff is always courteous , I highly recommend dermatology of Seattle .
I had the delight of using both Sherisse Hill, ARNP, for botox injections and Holly Harrison for IPL laser work. Both are delightful and diligent in their work. I’ve been getting “face work” done for the past 12 years. My experience with Sherisse and Holly was first-class and I am beyond happy with the results. Holly worked on scarring from cancer breast surgery with great results. I highly recommend you use both of them!

Stay away! There office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I returned a call from the office, the receptionist said she had no idea why I was calling and I must be mistaken. The last 2 years, I have waited 45 minutes past appointment time. They also don’t do preventive medicine, so it is not covered by insurance. This is not told when making appointment. Jonathan is very nice and helpful, but will never be going back.
Fair warning, this place will book you for preventive care visits. What they don’t tell you is they do not bill insurance for preventive care. I’m now out of pocket for the bill.
I also had an appointment and didn’t get seen for 45 minutes past that. Not coming here again.
Dr. Levy was super nice and very professional when I came in for my acne treatments. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s struggling with acne .

I have had trouble with warts on my hands for YEARS and had nearly tried almost every method to get rid of them. Dr. Levy was able to get rid of them within a couple months and now my hands finally look like their normal state.
I have had a terrible experience at this clinic. The receptionists are cold and unwelcoming. When I call, I am often asked for my birthday before my name. The time I conscientiously called ahead to inform the front desk/clinic that I was running 10 minutes late for my appointment, they simply repeated the 15 min late cancellation policy rather than thank me for the consideration. During my initial visit to the clinic I was called into the office 15 min after my scheduled appointment and with the receiving person’s eyes glued to an iPad until we reached the hallway.
Additionally, due to paperwork issues and delays I will now have to find time to schedule and pay for an additional entirely unnecessary appointment to run a additional test as due to paperwork delays and lack of communication the medication window expired. Had the clinic contacted me the week prior when they received word from my insurance this test would be completely unnecessary. These delays have completely derailed a carefully planned timeline of treatment and place considerable undue inconvenience and burden on me. I DO NOT recommend this clinic.
I met with Jonathan Cyphers, certified physician assistant, who was very friendly and identified my psoriasis right away. He prescribed two medications that will hopefully resolve my symptoms and they are completely free through the pharmacy program that they partner with! I was very satisfied with my visit and will definitely return for any future dermatology issues!
I will no longer be nervous at seeing a male physician after the comfort that I received in that very knowledgeable and caring experience that I had at your facility
