  • Kind, sensitive service. Will go back.

  • NEVER GO HERE! This place is an absolute joke… My husband had to get a prescription and it was quite expensive so I called to ask if they could give him an alternate prescription. They said they would take care of it and never call me back. Very long story short I have called every day for four days straight with the run around,.. today I called six times to figure this out and every time I’m transfer to somebody new to explain my story once again and they have no record that I have been calling and asking for a new prescription. It is so frustrating and their office definitely has some issues that need to be worked out.

  • Doctor was straight to the point. Didn’t waste time and wanted to get me treated right away.

  • I saw doctor Levy and I will agree with other people, I did have to wait a while, but I will say their office was quite busy and the wait was worth it. The first place I went to was terrible, I was so afraid of that place that I am glad I found Dr. Levy.

Dr. Levy was knowledgeable, friendly, and he performed the work quick with no pain. I would definitely go back in the future and would recommend anyone who asks me who I saw.

  • Asked to not have a “student” present during my appointment, there was. Didn’t care too much at the time. Doctor glanced at my issue and interrupted me while I tried to explain my concerns. But he seemed so sure of his diagnosis, and I was hopeful. Now six months later, issue has progressed. Got a second opinion (which included actual diagnostics), and it turns out the incorrect medication I was prescribed had been exacerbating the actual condition. Go for the wait list at another clinic. It will be worth it.

  • It seems that everyone has had different experiences at this office. I have been going to dr. Levy for the last 7 years or so. I have always had nothing but good experience with the front desk, even at times when my frustrations got the best of me (I can get irritable really fast). As far as Dr. Levy is concerned, I really like the dude. When I was younger, he quickly diagnosed a skin condition I have been strugling with, to never have it return again. Everytime I go in, I personally feel that he always takes my concerns seriously and is never in the rush. As a matter of fact, we always have pretty indulging conversations – from talking elections to my trips back home, and etc. I’ve had nothing but only a positive experience at this office.

  • As the others said, ” Don’t go here!”…Get with the program people! Your service needs paid consulting assistance to improve or at least new staff. I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance with Bianca. Right up until the day before the appointment, no confirmation call, no email. I confirmed by phone myself and also verified insurance and everything. I took a half day off work too. I arrive and you declined my insurance and would not help me. I asked for a manager,” Oh she’s not here.” Really? Unacceptable customer service.

  • We had a bad experience here, my wife went in first. She was examined by Jonathan, he decided to freeze some spots which cause a nasty scar on her leg. I went in next and had the same guy, he felt my face and blasted some marks on my face. I was in 10 mins and my bill was 240 dollars as was my wife’s who had a much more thorough screening. I too have light scares in my face. Pretty disappointed with the service (granted the ladies at the counter were very nice). We tried to discuss our bill and were immediately shut down and no call back to work with us. We will never be back to this office.

  • Rude and condescending receptionist who was very unhelpful. Sounded like I was put on speakerphone and very rushed to get me off the phone even though I had a urgent message for the doctor.

  • Excellent care! Dr levy was very professional and caring and I would highly recommend him for all your dermatological needs.

  • It’s a visit with a trusted competent friend.

  • The doctor I dealt with was a joy to work with. Much better then the referring doctor who is not part of this practice.

  • Everyone is so calm and kind. I had acne for 5 years and Jonathan Cyphers is the third dermatologist i have seen and the only successfully at getting my skin cleared up quickly. I love my visit to here.

  • Do not go here. People on the phone are so rude. Plus doctor is only for money. Husband went there for severe psoriasis. He was told he needed a blood work done. He did it, had an appoinment with the doctor only to be told he needed more bloodwork, and that there was nothing they could do until then but wait for a callback for next appointment. And we paid for that nothing appointment. It’s been 3 weeks after the second blood work and still not heard from them. Called them and the rude person whose name is Yoseln on the phone said that they would call us back anytime that day but nothing, waited for nothing, not even telling us what is going on.. Called again the next day and same thing same person. And nothing. Never been treated this way calling a clinic before. Just don’t go here.

  • I would say don’t go there. Worst place ever they don’t help you what so ever!

  • Heather Haberman did a great job on a procedure and was able to fit me in on short notice. She was awesome. Definitely recommend her and Dermatology of Seattle.

  • Went with a friend for moral support to have a mole removed from her chin. She has been going to them for three years, but no more.
First of all the skin removal from her chin was deep and didn’t heal well. She returned twice once cause she became infected and the second time when the steri-strips fell off after stitch removal.

READ THE PAPERWORK! There is a hidden fee of $800-$1,600 dollars for “surgery” facility fee. The doctor is in her network, but not the surgery facility. Which is the same building. This was not mentioned at time of surgery, when papers were signed, or before when scheduling the appointment.

The poor service continued when she called to question billing charge and was treated badly. When saying she could give $100 a month, Jason stated that she would be turned into collection agency and the bill charge could be $1,600, that $800 was a deal.

I was going to have some work done, but not now.

Poor communication, most work done by techs, hidden fees!!

Stay away or bring a medical lawyer to read over what you are signing.

  • We were searching for a new doctor because our original dermatologist moved his operation to the east side and the time required to reach his office became unreasonable. It is not an easy decision to choose a new health care provider but I believe we did well selecting Dr. Levy’s office. The staff was very gracious and helpful. They were running slightly behind schedule but that is a given in the world they work in. When we did meet with the doctor for our appointment he was extremely helpful and caring. He took his time to explain everything relevant and answered all of our questions without rushing to the next appointment. Also, it is worth noting that the office is very nicely done. In fact, it has the feeling of a nice hotel rather than a physician’s office. I would recommend this office to any friend.
