  • I’m not a big person on leaving reviews but I have to share my amazing encounter. I’m fairly new to having botox and filler so I was a bit apprehensive about the experience. Since day one the staff have always been so kind and friendly. Had my consultation with Ashley, and she is the sweetest and so easy to talk to. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable, I left with botox and went back for lip injection (my fiance loves my lips-if you know what I mean) LOL
My wedding is right around the corner and I’ve been so busy with everything else, I forgot to set up an appointment for more botox. I got ahold of Ashley and she got me in the next day. BTW I was recommended to Ashley by a friend and she’s been amazing to me and my friends. Best experience and service I’ve ever had!!!

  • I went to Ashley today and got some Botox and from start to finish everybody was amazing. The front desk staff was incredible and welcoming, Ashley the aesthetician that did my Botox was honestly the sweetest person I think I’ve ever met. I could have sat there and talk to her for hours. I highly encourage everybody to go see Ashley for any kind of cosmetic needs.

  • My first time here today and I was very satisfied. The girls at the front helped me get my license out of my wallet and were super friendly. And then I was brought back to my room within minutes. Kayla is AMAZING – so nice, funny, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything to me and I didn’t feel rushed. She even addressed another concern I had. Overall my appt only took 15-20 mins but it all went great. Now I’m just hoping I feel the same way when I get my bill.

  • Ashley is amazing! I have been seeing her for Botox for a little over a year and it always is an amazing result. I also got filler in my cheeks for under eyes and just recently in tear troughs and lips. She’s very knowledgeable, highly skilled, very kind and personable, and trustworthy. It’s easy to see she cares about her patients. My results have been so good and look very natural. She’s the best and I definitely recommend her.

  • All the ladies here are wonderful and so nice. I have always had good service and Trina is very thorough as are all the providers here. 10/10 do recommend.

  • Best dermatology in the south sound. Everyone I interacted with was caring and professional from the receptionist, medical assistants and the Doctor. I have left my skin in the best hands here.

  • Very nice staff, receptions were wonderful and kind. Doctors were friendly and polite. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning should the need arise.

  • Decent friendly staff. Terrible costs. $200+ bill just to be told my skin was just dry, not Cancer and to use lotion. Serves me right for going somewhere outside Multicare. Never doing this again.

  • Worst experience with a medical provider I’ve ever had. PA Kayla Chapman shouldn’t be in medical care. I have a painful, but benign lesion on my finger tip. She tried twice unsuccessfully to remove it. She asked me just before the second attempt how the first one went. I told her the needle into my already painful fingertip was quite painful. She must have forgotten that I had worked in the medical field for a number of decades and proceeded to make a joke to her assistant that she wouldn’t inject the local anesthetic until after she injected the Valium. I was not that overly needy, complaining patient, I was asked for feedback and gave it. In 26 years I have never treated a patient that way. After her comment she proceeded with sickening, fake, concern and interest. She clearly has no concern for patients and should find a different career. The front desk staff was also complaining about a patient they didn’t like and were waiting for a call back from. Only plus side is that it’s quick to get an appointment.

  • I am a returning client to Lark Dermatology because of Ashley! She is friendly, professional, and transparent with pricing. I’m never surprised by the pricing after treatment because when she introduces products, she discloses exact pricing. The experience she provides has been worth the 40 minute drive for over 2 years of service!

  • I’ve been there twice , Dr. Kennebrew is amazing. Easy yo talk to. She listens to what you say snd that to me is a plus. Nice office great people working in the front area, and extremely knowledgeable Employees in the rear. . I felt like I’ve known them forever! I’am well again and so happy. !!! I would recommend them to ALL!

  • Great place. From the front door when I walked in till I was seen they were efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I got my issue taken care of and I felt like it was addressed in a professional manner.

  • My experience with Lark Dermatology was horrible! I’ve been experiencing significant hair loss for a number of months, which was the reason for my visit. Kim Kinnebrew spent less than 10 seconds looking at my scalp. She did not offer to do labwork, a pull test, a biopsy or anything else that might provide a diagnosis. I shared that I’ve had thyroid nodules for a number of years that are being monitored, but that my thyroid labwork has been within the normal range.
Instead of offering any testing or treatment options her response was, “you have bigger fish to fry than worrying about your hair loss. You need to get your thyroid taken care of.” Needless to say, I will not be following up with her. She is one of the most unprofessional medical personnel I’ve ever had contact with and displayed some of the absolute worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen!

  • This was my first visit with a dermatologist, and I was really looking forward to it. Their doors to enter the building were locked, I had to call the front desk and wait for her to come down to let me in the building. From the time I checked in to the time I was walking out.. TEN MINUTES. I met with the provider I saw for less than 5 minutes.. all she suggested was a oral medication to help with 1 of my concerns. It was a very impersonal, rushed experience. No advice on how to improve the concerns I had or products suggested. No recommendations. Nothing. The room I was in still had a dirty tray with used medical products & supplies used for a previous patient. Im also in the medical field and I would never bring a patient back in a room with used items on display especially next to where a patient sits. Are the rooms even santized in between patients here? I live 5 mins away from here, it would be nice to come here for Botox & lip filler as well but I’ll continue driving to Bellevue especially after being put in a dirty room 😵‍💫. Patients should be the number one priority and bedside manner needs to be improved as well as rooms clean…literally the bare minimum they did not even obtain based on my visit today. Their standard of patient care is LOW.

  • Dr. Kim and all the staff at Lark Dermatology are amazing!

  • Ashley is the greatest! She is very patient, thorough and her genuine desire to make a client happy over making a couple more dollars is what keeps me coming back to her. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks where I go!

  • Do not recommend
I accompanied my 80 year old mother to her appointment here and was pretty upset by the time we left. She had a previous biopsy on her leg and it was looking very inflamed and possibly infected so we went back to have them check. The lack of empathy and lack of professionalism was incredible. The PA that day just shrugged her shoulders and said she thought it was ok and she had no results back yet and there wasn’t anything she could do.. The nurse (I’m guessing a nurse) that put us in a room was very rough with the bandage on and off. This is an 80 year old woman who was in pain and scared. Also, shouldn’t long hair be pinned up in a dr office? When we removed the first bandage, we found a long hair in it.. So unsanitary. The entire attitude of the women, at least on this day, was very unprofessional and felt like we were just interrupting their day. I felt like I walked into a sorority house with attitudes. It took calls and finally two visits back to even get the biopsy reports as they never called or informed us of the results. Sorry for this long review, but I feel like people should know about this. I will NEVER go back and we have switched to Puyallup Dermatology where we should have gone in the first place.

  • Just walked out of this office and they were absolutely incredible! They answered all my questions and actually solved issues instead of brushing them off. The office is beautiful and very clean! Also very friendly and welcoming staff! Highly recommend!!

  • Scheduling the appointment and the initial appointment itself was fast and easy. However, following the appointment, I attempted to contact the provider and advise her that my work would be requiring additional documentation regarding follow-up care. Despite requesting to speak with the PA, I kept being redirected to her MA. I was informed by the MA that the PA refused to to see me for an additional appointment, regardless of needing it for a work clearance, and that I should just find another provider. In essence, if you are looking for a provider that is willing to work with you and consider your care from a holistic approach, I would look elsewhere for care.
